Keep in mind that this is a small one-studio business and NOT a gym. There are (I am assuming quite deliberately) NO mirrors. The interior is very plain...no distractions. The music selection is great and rotated regularly. Rachel is a great dancer and is always smiling. The 9am class is primarily an older group and very welcoming to all ages and body types. The cost of classes is a bit more than a gym membership, but Rachel has a great new client special to try it out before committing.

The only flaws I can think of concern air flow and A/C, and sound. The east-facing windows are not insulated, and they draw in a LOT of solar energy. At the same time, the stationary bikes and stairclimbers are right in this area, and there are no fans or air conditioning over this type of aerobic equipment. The chosen audio is loud and ghastly in the main equipment room. It's some combo of hip hop and ancient, shrieking, industrial rock. No one listens to it, but it is annoying.
