The goal of Aikido with Ki training is not to fight, but to live in peace and make this planet a better place. It is based on natures laws, where right is might, and emphasizes love, harmony, and a positive attitude. Neither size, weight, nor sex have anything to do with the execution of powerful Aikido.

Taught Aikido through Cal Poly San Louis Obispo
Taught Social Dance ckasses and Etiquette for the Junior League of Santa Barbara for 17 years
Currently teaching Ballroom Dance classes for over 40 years at UCSB
Currently offering classes in Judo & Aikido for children
Currently offering Aikido classes at UCSB and Goleta along with Weapons, breathing techniques, meditation, relaxation, mind & body coordination, and mindfulness
