She got me in immediately to see Dr Winderbaum. When I arrived, I found the office to be clean and nicely decorated. Dr Winderbaum was very nice. After seeing my problem, we decided to replace my broken onlay. He gave me a great shot, which I barely felt and he had a very gentle touch. He seemed to be very conscientious as well. His assistant performed a digital scan of my tooth and had a very light touch. A temporary restoration was placed while I wait for the lab to return my permanent restoration. I would definitely recommend Dr Winderbaum. I found him to be compassionate and conscientious. I guess I found a new dentist.

When I broke my crown, even though I had no pain, Carrie was able to schedule me the next morning. Dr Winderbaum was very conscientious as well as gentle. He had a very light touch. He removed my broken crown and prepared the tooth for a new crown. Rather than taking a goopy runny impression, he used the lasted technology to create a digital scan of my tooth which was immediately sent to the lab for fabrication. A temporary crown was made and fit very comfortably. While not many people, if any, enjoy having their teeth worked on, this was a pleasant experience. The doctor looked at my teeth for less than 30 seconds and decided I needed to have a special treatment that stops bleeding. I had brought in my schedule of benefits and that really made them mad because they thought they could get one over on me. I let them know my cleaning was $5 and my office visit was $5 so they decided to tack on a $65 per tooth to stop bleeding which is absolutely ridiculous because they had never met me or knew anything about my dental history. I looked at my schedule of benefits and this treatment showed $65 per tooth however they lied to me and said, "Oh no, that is a one time charge." but I know that they are liars and would have come back later to charge me the remainder from all the reviews I have seen.
