I had to wait an hour and a half past my appointment time just to be seen. During my visit, the staff forgot to take the additional images needed for my Invisalign, meaning I had to come back again for something that should have been handled the first time. Additionally, they never called to inform me when my Invisalign arrived as I was under the impression that they would call me. I had to follow up myself to check on the status and it had arrived and I was never made aware. Dr. Sierra is really friendly and a great doctor! But the lack of organization and communication of the front office staff makes it really frustrating as a patient. I expected a much smoother process, especially for something as routine as Invisalign and how much I am paying for it.

Dr Goetz was very good, professional, attentive and careful to access the situation. I thought I needed a crown but the Dr felt the tooth was in tact and a filling would be fine. I only received what was promised on the second loan which was a partial bridge which I'm not pleased with. The temporary bridge looked better than the permanent bridge. I was supposed to have gotten a bridge on the top left and the bottom right, but that never happened. I got a bridge on the bottom right and the top left was never mentioned again. I called Cherry Technologies to inquire how to remove the services that weren't rendered and was told that "maybe" the dental lounge would credit me something back. I knew that would never happen. I am very dissatisfied and angry with the Dental Lounge because I feel like I was lied to and now have to pay for something that I never received. It seems that the only way to get a decent smile is to have them remove all of your natural teeth and replace them with permanent implants. Lesson learned!

She got me in immediately to see Dr Winderbaum. When I arrived, I found the office to be clean and nicely decorated. Dr Winderbaum was very nice. After seeing my problem, we decided to replace my broken onlay. He gave me a great shot, which I barely felt and he had a very gentle touch. He seemed to be very conscientious as well. His assistant performed a digital scan of my tooth and had a very light touch. A temporary restoration was placed while I wait for the lab to return my permanent restoration. I would definitely recommend Dr Winderbaum. I found him to be compassionate and conscientious. I guess I found a new dentist.
