Wow - where do I begin when I tell you how much I love this dentist office...?!!? Well I will first start by saying how much I have absolutely dreaded going to the dentist since I was a baby. I have had numerous difficulties with my teeth, and it has ALWAYS been a scary (and painful) place to go for me. Until NOW - when I literally get excited to go see my 'second family' at this office. I am from CT, and I moved to FL a few years ago. I cannot tell you how blessed I feel to have found this little office down the road from me in Lighthouse Point. I originally was researching who the best orthodontists were in South Florida, and I found Dr. Fox - THANK GOD!! He is the ONLY orthodontist (out of several that I have consulted with, between CT and FL) who offered me a solution for my teeth to go back to being straight on the bottom, that took less than 6 months, was affordable, and was easy as pie. As a background - I had braces when I was younger and my teeth shifted after so many years on the bottom from not wearing my retainer. So something to know about Dr. Fox - he is simply an orthodontic genius. Especially with complicated cases, adult cases... everything. He looked at my teeth the first time I went in for a consultation and instantly knew what to do, and said it would take less than 6 months. And it certainly did - actually, my teeth were back to perfect in under 6 months...! Now, on to the second man at this office who has been the absolute best dentist I've ever been to -- Dr. Gottardi. No words can describe the talent and the character of Dr. Gottardi!! Reminding you about my fear of the dentist again, I truly and literally get to the point of passing out, or at least nearly passing out when I have to get needles in my mouth... But he assured me that he would give me Novacaine in such a way that I wouldn't even feel it, and he was NOT KIDDING. He was so gentle and moved so perfectly and slowly, that I did not feel even a pinch. He makes me feel so calm and cared for when I am in the chair, that I don't even remember I am in the dentist's office. Dr. Gottardi is a dentist because his passion is to help people feel good about themselves, and that is it. He actually CARES! And he is a perfectionist, so whatever work he does, it comes out as good as it possibly can. (Not only that, but he is hilarious and I love his personality!) Lastly, I need to talk about the staff here. No words, again, can I find to tell you how amazing they treat the patients, and just how all-around kind they are. They are patient, and as accommodating as it gets. They give me a soft blanket when it's cold in the office, and they always make sure that you are as comfortable as possible. Oh, and the best part - you never have to wait to get in the room when you're there because they are always on time and they make you feel like a priority, no matter what you're getting done! I hope I was able to convey how great this team is in the Lighthouse Point office, because I think they are one of my best discoveries in all of Florida. I live in Fairfield County, Connecticut. I had a continued problem with a front bridge that I've suffered with for a very long time. In the last year, I consulted with two different dentists. Because I have a strong fear of going, on top of the fact that they hardly took the time to provide me a resolve that I could work with, my issue was ongoing and I had truly felt hopeless. It was while I was visiting my daughter in Lighthouse Point that I decided to try the dentist that she had such high regard for and was so pleased with as they were the ones to give her a perfect smile by correcting an issue that was also ongoing since childhood... It was only six days from when I first saw Dr. Davide Gottardi that I was given the most beautiful bridge that I could only have imagined. They are perfection! A smile that I lost after an accident so many years ago, given back to me by this amazing dentist. His kindness and love for what he does, as well as his need for perfection makes him the best dentist that has ever been in our family circle of life. Nowadays it seems rare to find professionals in this industry that are in it for all the right reasons, like Dr. Gottardi is. I am now back in Connecticut, sorry that I didn't have my teeth cleaning while there - but not sorry about my husband and I making future trips back to South Florida to see our daughter AND have our teeth cleaned by the best group of dentists and their amazing staff... My husband and I with our two kids drive almost 1 h only to be treated by Dr.Gottardi. He is very competent and professional. His experience and expertise reassured me when I had to go through a few pretty tough procedures. I felt no pain, I had any post complications or pain even after a delicate extraction and new crowns installation. We visited many other practices prior to meeting Dr. Gottardi, many times it happened to be over-diagnosed with cavities or other issues which were not realistic. I trust Dr.Gottardi because he always gives us a realistic feedback. The attention and the service received are definitely above the $ fees. I am a new patient this week, and I have already been to the office 3 times. I had avoided going to the dentist for YEARS, so that says a lot for me. The office has great vibes as soon as you walk in, very clean and you are warmly greeted. I had X- rays done by Dr. Gottardi. He is professional, and very sweet! Jennifer, the dental hygienist, did a deep clean for me and she made me feel EXTREMELY comfortable. She is amazing. Overall the whole staff is very warm. Dr Gottardi took over Dr Crouch's practice last year. I have been coming to this office since the early 90's. Dr Gottardi and his staff are very nice and accommodating. On today's visit for cleaning, a chip was found on my tooth and Dr Gottardi was able quickly repair my tooth while I was at the office, saving me another visit. One of the things I like about Dr Gottardi's office, is they never try to up sell you processes that are unnecessary. Dr Scerbo and his hygenist Jennifer are the most professional and caring people I have ever dealt with concerning a Dentist visit. They were on time and not at all pushy at all. I have known Dr. Gottardi-De Glorenza for many years. He is without a doubt the best dentist I have seen.
