The treatment is a bit pricey compared to other orthodontic offices but I rather pay the extra money for the consistent care and routine follow ups. If I had any questions they're more than happy to schedule an appt for a visit just to take a look and ease my mind/pain. 1000% worth the price. The office is really clean and smells fresh. I restarted my invisalign treatment since I stopped half way when I found out I was pregnant. Dr. C is very detail oriented on his care and explains every step. He was a referral from a friend. Now that I have 2 girls myself - I hope he will still be practice by the time they're older if they need treatment!! Highly recommend Dr C and his team.

I waited for a lil while, I was called and got taken to the chair inside, and met Nicole the dental hygienist who took my x-ray and did the cleaning. She was very sweet and nice, made me feel relaxed and safe, and she was very knowledgeable and her work was amazing. I met Jennifer as well. After the cleaning, I met with Dr. Jared Young (he is a pediatric dentist), since Dr. Katherine is on the maternity leave... he was also very nice and the lady who was sitting at the computer was awesome. Your successor telling me that the back wires were no longer part of his therapy was irresponsible and typical of Cattle Office Practice. How stupid do you think I am? Well you under estimated my WAIS Scores. If the back wires were essential to the therapy when you put them one, then why did they become non-essential when it became inconvenient for your new office to replace the broken wire and ensure I had proper retainers? Every adult I have known with successful correction has had wires behind their teeth. Do you think I didn't research this for years before submitting myself to another orthodontist? Oh my poor father. How he was sold a bill of goods when I was a teen. Nobody cared about the later life laser surgeries, the waiting, the money. No, teens are shown pictures of periodontitis to make them brush their teeth without being told that orthodontics almost is a guarantee that they will have periodontal disease as adults, enhanced by a bunch of teenagers moving their teeth around. Orthodontics is a sick practice except in extreme cases. That I am missing eight teeth and was ruined by two orthodontists is ludicrous and inexcusable, I have never had a cavity. My teeth are BONSAI from teen braces. To have had to correct this as an adult and then be cast aside after what I had depended upon as a remediation shows that your patients are cattle and your profession is not a dedicated one. Like I said, may all your descendants' teeth be cursed. That is only fair. You should see the use your t-shirt have been assigned. Beagle killer. On further thinking, let us be sure I am talking to the right Freeman. My case was handled by Freeman 1, the Conehead, then dismissed by a successor. My team of Freeman ad DeTure agreed, following periodontal clearance, a full 24-month orthodontic therapy was required, I paid for 24 month orthodontia, and had obtained a Third opinion that less than 24 months would be inadequate. Bronco Freeman i, the Cattleman, pushed me out at 18 months, against my treatment plan, short of what I paid for, for no other reason than he just wanted to be rid of me. My periodontal heath was fine. Next point, when the top back wire broke, the better plan would have been to repair the wires and leave me without retainers, as opposed to with nothing at all. PLASTIC is totally uncool. I am a marine scientist, Plastic retainers all night are an anaerobic love fest. At least with wires I would have had a stabilizing system while I recovered jawbone. But you threw me away like trash after taking my savings and wasting my time, rushing me through treatment and then shirking responsibility. I would attach x-rays, but I don't have any. I will never enter a dental office again, not of any kind ever.
