Scheduling was easy to make, waiting times where reasonable for a busy practice, appt's were thorough and if we had issues (ie broken wire, rubber bands, etc.), they always were available. Without a doubt, this was an overall amazing experience for my wife, my daughter and me. Thorough, professional, skilled, friendly, patient, flexible and available - I couldn't have asked for anything more. She was patient and actually spoke to my kids instead of to me, making sure they were comfortable and had all of their questions answered. My father is a dentist and looked at the X-rays and explained that I needed one for buildup under the gum lines and this was several years ago, he also explained they are only necessary under certain circumstances and originally I fit that, again 2-3 years ago. I was 52 at the time and never needed one while my dad practicing until I was 45, this is NOT normally needed at all. Anyways I explained to them I'd do a regular cleaning and had to argue with them to get that. I go in and the hygienist says I was scheduled for a deep cleaning. I walked out never to return will get my cavities, root canal, and implant all scheduled to be done somewhere else. F*** them

Yesterday I had two teeth extracted by Dr. David Winer. This periodontist has magic hands. I went…read moreinto the procedure apprehensive about pain and outcome. Dr. Winer explained everything that he was going to do. After the Novacaine and being numbed, he proceeded to take out the two bad teeth. There was very little blood and absolutely no pain. Today I woke up and after following his instructions, I had no swelling and very little pain. I would highly recommend using Dr. Winer for your periodontic needs.

The post op instructions left much to be desired for clarity and feasibility. The assistant had to make SIX molds for the bridge before she got it right. It took way too long. Yes, their mind is on the dollar the whole time - it is so obvious. Other than that, you might think they are actually nice. I would recommend them for dental hygiene (and it will cost you a small fortune) but not for dentistry - the rest of your net worth .

When I called Rovi they answered immediately (Christy?) and she was friendly and very informative. I went a few days later and was greeted at the front by two other receptionist who were outgoing and eager to answer questions. Rosa did my treatment and was Professional, careful and most knowledgeable based on her 20 plus years of experience. She spent extra time applying additional treatment because she wanted them done right. I was Pleasantly stunned at the difference. This is the place to go!!
