Scheduling was easy to make, waiting times where reasonable for a busy practice, appt's were thorough and if we had issues (ie broken wire, rubber bands, etc.), they always were available. Without a doubt, this was an overall amazing experience for my wife, my daughter and me. Thorough, professional, skilled, friendly, patient, flexible and available - I couldn't have asked for anything more. Did not have a good experience at this office…read more Brought my daughter in for a consultation due to her not having enough space to allow two of her molars to come in. I was given a treatment option that would give her the space she needed to allow her molar to grow in. The doctor kept insisting that she would "need" braces because she has a slight overbite. I insisted that for now we only wanted to do the work that is NEEDED which is accomplishing the space in her mouth for her molar. The doctor would not agree to do the work that she actually needs unless we also agreed and paid for braces. Keep in mind my daughter is only 11 and has time to get braces later on when all her teeth are in. I have NEVER met someone so interested in money or the way she put it "Getting perfect teeth". Dr. Winer explained everything that he was going to do. After the Novacaine and being numbed, he proceeded to take out the two bad teeth. There was very little blood and absolutely no pain. Today I woke up and after following his instructions, I had no swelling and very little pain. I would highly recommend using Dr. Winer for your periodontic needs.

The post op instructions left much to be desired for clarity and feasibility. The assistant had to make SIX molds for the bridge before she got it right. It took way too long. Yes, their mind is on the dollar the whole time - it is so obvious. Other than that, you might think they are actually nice. I would recommend them for dental hygiene (and it will cost you a small fortune) but not for dentistry - the rest of your net worth .

The front staff is the most accommodating, flexible, and FRIENDLY staff I have ever met! And the Doc is so down to Earth and affable that you'll feel guilty not proselytizing his name around town. I used to "hate" the dentist, and I would avoid seeing one at all costs. Short of my "smile bones" falling out of my head, I was just fine with living my life with crappy teeth. But now I have noticed I actually look forward to visiting with my friends at Rovi Smile. I wouldn't call myself a convert, but I am certainly no longer an Anti-Dentite. When I called Rovi they answered immediately (Christy?) and she was friendly and very informative. I went a few days later and was greeted at the front by two other receptionist who were outgoing and eager to answer questions. Rosa did my treatment and was Professional, careful and most knowledgeable based on her 20 plus years of experience. She spent extra time applying additional treatment because she wanted them done right. I was Pleasantly stunned at the difference. This is the place to go!!
