We went for consultations at most of the common providers in our area and she was by far the best choice! She was patient and actually spoke to my kids instead of to me, making sure they were comfortable and had all of their questions answered. She was also the only ortho that didn't immediately talk about extracting teeth. She was cautious and had a let's start and see approach that I really appreciated. It started with an initial consult with Roseand Dr Rozen, which was thorough and professional. The Ortho plan was clearly discussed and defined, beginning with an expander to braces to retainers. Scheduling was easy to make, waiting times where reasonable for a busy practice, appt's were thorough and if we had issues (ie broken wire, rubber bands, etc.), they always were available. Without a doubt, this was an overall amazing experience for my wife, my daughter and me. Thorough, professional, skilled, friendly, patient, flexible and available - I couldn't have asked for anything more. If you are considering an orthodontist and would like an honest, friendly and professional review/experience, I highly recommend Dr Rozen, Dr Dan and the entire staff.....they are the best! Good luck!

Since both of my adult children have had Invisalign, I was even considering going that route. I was amazed to discover that Dr. Mazzei, who treated me 30 years ago, is still practicing! I called the office and was welcomed back with such warmth. She did a thorough consultation, including X-rays and photos, and spent time talking with me about my concerns. She even made a small adjustment to my original retainer. What impressed me most was her honesty. She told me that my retainer is still perfectly good, that I didn't need Invisalign or any other treatment, and that there was actually very little shifting. And she didn't charge me a penny for the consultation or adjustment! After all these years, she is just as kind, caring, and reassuring as I remembered. It's rare to find a doctor who is both so knowledgeable and so genuinely concerned about doing what is best for the patient rather than selling a treatment. I am so glad I went back--and so grateful to have found her still there. Highly recommend!
