We LA hazy

I love this brewery. It's close to downtown so easy to walk to when visiting. Great beer, love that they support all communities They have lots of merch, fun art on their cans and loads of seating.

Was passing through Yakima and stopped by after hitting up a local taco truck. This is a cool place with a great vibe, a large outdoor space and a wide selection. The server was amazing and had some great recommendations for me to consider. Whenever I go in to a brewery for the first time, I like to ask the server what they are drinking currently and got the recommendation for the West Coast IPA. It was phenomenal and I can't wait to visit their location in Seattle.

A nice hazy day!

Just stopped by for a couple of beers. Great service. The outside area was nice with lots of shade and even a shady grass area for the pets! And the beer was awesome!

Indoor area during the summertime.

I love love love this place. Especially now that Catalyst Coffee is here and I can enjoy it during summer mornings.

Scary Peachy Wine Slush

Fantastic brewery. I'm not even a big beer guy but glad they had some slushes to accommodate that. Peers loved the beer here. Great space for medium sized groups, clean restrooms, and not overly loud so conversation is great. Both indoor and outdoor seating. They also have nice quality, thicker straws for the slushes that seem reusable. Self serve water has both still and sparkling which is great. Scary Peachy Wine Slush - delicious slush that feels quite literally like a wine turned into slush. Fruity and sweet but alcohol is still very apparent. If it weren't for brain freeze, I could down a few of these. Freaky Tiki Lemonade - this slush does not have alcohol but they can add rose for extra. More sour as it is lemonade. I prefer the peachy wine over this, but if lemonade is your thing, this is a great option.

Three 4-oz pours, from an extensive array of beers from which to choose.

Enjoyed a three-taste flight and a glass of wine on the patio, perfect weather. There was a pop-up food stand serving made-to-order sandwiches. Live music in the evening. *Nothing* to complain about though I do wish there were a few more menu options, specifically snacks (e.g., tots, fries, maybe popcorn) to enjoy with our drinks, but we had a lovely time.

Awesome dog friendly patio

So glad to find this spot on our road trip. Yakima didn't seem to have many options and thankfully this popped up. Huge outdoor area with misters and dog play areas. Super dog and kid friendly, so it was a perfect spot for a stop. The beer is really good and I wish we'd bought more than we did to go. Staff is friendly and helpful. The food vendor they had (Unicycle something?) was really good too, great sandwich and potatoes. I recommended this to our friends who live closer to make sure they stop the next time they pass through, I know we will certainly stop here again.

Loved the Cerveza beer at Single Hill!

Single Hill Brewing is one of the newer breweries (at least newer to me) that I paid a visit to on my last trip to Yakima. I really like the location for this brewery as it is centrally located... right in the downtown area.. and has a spacious and sleek looking taproom. The beers Steven and I had here was on the lighter side of the beer spectrum. Steve got a pilsner and I'm always a sucker for a cerveza style beer so that is the option I went with. The beers were very good... very refreshing and perfect for the warm climate ( at the time, it was summer). Single Hill was a very enjoyable spot as we toured several craft breweries in Yakima.

A great brew stop, when in Yakima, you can also find their beers at some of the pizza places around the Seattle and East areas. We stopped by for one of my coworkers to pay off a bet, which always makes the beer taste even better.. right?!? It was Tuesday and trivia night, we found out where the action was in downtown Yakima, everyone enjoying the trivia, along with the friendly service and tasty beers, choices for just about anyone's palate, plus ciders and wine. Atmosphere was fun with lots of ahhhs, as the trivia played on, a great fire pit to chill by on a chilly night as well. A definite stop for any beer connoisseur. The passion fruit sour was really delicious and tropical, worthy of taking a four pack to go. Service and people were all friendly and welcoming. Fire pit on a busy night was a great place for conversation with the trivia question going on in the background. Must try when in Yakima or if you're in the one pizza places locally, check them out. SYOY! Cheers!

Currently enjoying my 4-pack of "Fresh Luck" 2023 Fresh Hop IPA. Highly recommended. Will return whenever we revisit Yakima.

The beer is phenomenal and the staff and atmosphere was great. The food truck outside had some of the best food on wheels!

Fabulous beer selection, had an opportunity to check them out at both the Sunnyside Summer Ale Festival and at their taproom in downtown Yakima.

It's got a great location just off the main street in downtown, and was quite a lovely little space. Very much designed for people to come in, spread out and converse, it was a very warm and inviting sort of spot. The coffee offerings have a definite, Mexican flare to them, and were very nice. They had standard offerings and then a number of specials on a sort of fresh sheet. They had plenty of coffee and Mexican culturally centric items for sale as well as some clothing. Nice stuff to look through and most would find something they enjoy! The pictures in the wall were as expected, until I saw a print that read "Excess in Moderation". I found out it's by an artist named Ravi Zupa and now it may be my favorite picture! Back to the coffee - The ladies working here were very friendly and everything came out quick. All in all, a really cool spot with a great local vibe and pizzazz running throughout! You should check it out.

I got the typical single black milk tea that I get at most shops that are new to me. Black Milk Tea, 50% Sweet, Less Ice w/ Boba ($6.75) - The black tea here is actually quite good, with a good earthiness almost like a quarter going to puerh. The place recommends half sweet for this drink and I agree that it's very appropriate. The creamer is balanced well in the drink and is not overpowering. The boba has pretty good chew and have a somewhat sticky exterior from the sugar soak. They are kind of oblong in shape and not completely spherical. The pearls are a bit inconsistent in both size and exterior texture. Some are quite smooth on the outside, but others have mini crags running along the surface. In addition, they aren't the most uniform in size, with smaller pieces that seem to have split off. Milk Tea Rating: 4/5 Boba Rating: 4/5 & Tea is pretty good. I would visit again the next time I'm in Yakima Bathrooms - One unisex room that requires a code to enter.
