The hype is real! Came here on a 100 degree Saturday & these drinks hit the spot. Was so good, we came the next day! They have an assortment of drinks (fruity drinks that can be added with Red Bull/lemonade or Italian soda), coffee & smoothies). It's almost overwhelming given the million of drink & pastry options. Luckily, there is a line that gives you time to decide (took abt 15 mins by the time it's ready). One of the employees hands you a stack of menus & takes down your order, so it's ready by the the time you drive up to their window. We came here pre-COVID and loved their bread. Their conchas are delicious & fresh! It's wonderful to see them doing well with their drive thru, pastries & epic drinks. Their drinks are huuuge and the only down side is their drinks don't fit in the car cup holders and their prices are not visible. The drinks are pricy, but def worth it given the size, taste, presentation & the fresh fruit. The mango bull bucket was $12 and their lilac sky drink was $15. My fav was the bear cup mangoneada ($13). The perfect refreshing treat with warm, friendly customer service! This is definitely a must visit while in Yakima! read more

I follow Panaderia El Solecito on Instagram because of their fun, photo worthy drinks, but had previously not visited their drive through because I've never been able to find a menu with prices and ingredients listed, and honestly, I find it a bit intimidating. A few weeks ago, however, they posted on their social that they had new Cheese Zombie flavors, available on weekends only. I'm a sucker for a cheese zombie, so I made a beeline for their establishment one Saturday. There was a bit of a line, and an employee came to my car window with a tablet to take my order. Not knowing the drink menu, and unable to see it from my position in line on the road, I decided to skip ordering a drink and just grab the zombie. I opted for the Pizza Cheese Zombie, which from photos on Insta looked like a classic cheese zombie (fresh baked bread with melty cheese in the middle) with the addition of pepperoni. Because I was just ordering a single food item, the guy said he'd go grab it for me so that I wouldn't have to wait in the line for it. Upon receiving my zombie in a small box, I was charged $8.00. I think I was expecting $5 at most (these aren't big sandwiches or anything), but I figured it must be really good for that price. When I opened the box, I was so disappointed. It was made with white cheese, which I wasn't expecting, and VERY little of it. It did have lots of pepperoni in it, but again it was a very thin layer. The bread part didn't seem fresh. The top layer was hard and crunchy, like it was maybe a day or two old at that point. Flavor-wise it was kind of sweet, but didn't have that yummy fresh bread taste. Definitely not worth $8. If I'm ever brave enough to decode their drink menu and prices, I may try visiting again, but I'll skip on the zombies. read more

This place is bizarre. The drinks come in various exotic cups, bear, duck, etc. Staff were very helpful. All drinks come with Red Bull but you can get it removed. Drinks were delicious. Recommend coming here for the experience. read more
