Now for me, I've had this pain in my neck when I looked right and left and maybe in the middle of my back. I've tried heating pads and chiropractors over the years and nothing really got rid of it. Just thought it was something I had to live with. Came across the practice of airrosti. After some research and looking on You Tube, I decided to give it a try. Its more rehab to me then chiropractor visits and they try to get you out within 3 visits. All i can say is that my first visit hurt a lot, but not the pain where its bad. In a good way. He was working down to the 2nd level of soft tissue. He worked on me for maybe 30 mins and then I went next door to Sara for some rehab exercises. I can honestly say it hurt so much but after leaving I could turn my neck both ways without any pain mostly. Still a little but I would go back two more times.
