Of course I wasn't able to complete the paperwork by 5pm the day before my appointment due to work, picking up my child, and needing to get home at a decent time in traffic. If I was informed prior to the day before my appointment that I needed to fill out the paperwork by 5 pm then that would have been different. But whoever was texting me was rude, unprofessional, and disgusting. I confirmed that I was attending my appointment prior to 5pm and planned on doing my paperwork once I got home.
