So I found this place through some recommendations from friends and also through my insurance. The Dr. I actually went to see inside here is Dr. Keith Maraffa who practices airrosti. Now for me, I've had this pain in my neck when I looked right and left and maybe in the middle of my back. I've tried heating pads and chiropractors over the years and nothing really got rid of it. Just thought it was something I had to live with. Came across the practice of airrosti. After some research and looking on You Tube, I decided to give it a try. Its more rehab to me then chiropractor visits and they try to get you out within 3 visits. All i can say is that my first visit hurt a lot, but not the pain where its bad. In a good way. He was working down to the 2nd level of soft tissue. He worked on me for maybe 30 mins and then I went next door to Sara for some rehab exercises. I can honestly say it hurt so much but after leaving I could turn my neck both ways without any pain mostly. Still a little but I would go back two more times. I started sleeping better, feeling better and more. If you are curious go and give Dr. Maraffa a try. I'm a believer. I have one more checkup in Dec just to touch base since I have insurance benefits and then my schedule a couple more months out. I am feeling better than ever. Go check it out. If I could give her zero stars I would. I have gone to her for 25 years. Her staff left me sitting in a room for 2.5 hours after fasting and entire day. When she came into the exam room, she was extremely rude. I am newly diabetic and she refused to switch my medicine back to original dose after I told her how bad I was feeling on the lower dose. Front staff is extremely rude. I switch to Endo in Dallas that has over 500 reviews and still is 5 stars and he immediately changed the medicine I was on. Said she was giving me a drug that is very old and there were so many newer ones in the arsenal to use. So don't see her for diabetes because she isn't up to date on drugs. Her front staff is rude and I told them I was never coming to see her again. Her pettiness got the best of her and she sent me a letter saying she would no longer see me as a patient. read more

Arrived at 9:15 for a 9:30 appt. Did not call me into exam room until 10am. So much for getting there early. Staff seemed a little cold. Not overly pleasant staff...but Dr Boyd is an awesome pleasant person. Seemed to be legitimately concerned about my health. I guess I would recommend this office because of her. Just wish they would stick to the appt time and at least seem a little apologetic and friendlier (staff). read more

Although I had previously had a good experience with the office, my more recent experience has been disturbing. I called the office to see if my 17 year old daughter could be seen without me in the room (I would even sign a waiver or be in the lobby) such that my daughter could have an open conversation about her health without the fear or embarrassment of me being in the room. They refused to see her alone and stated that she should go somewhere like planned parenthood, rather than be seen by her family doctor. Then when I asked to talk to the doctor to explain that I was okay with them talking to her, they stated it would be a HIPAA violation to discuss the situation with me, which is not accurate because a parent can discuss their child's medical treatment without it being a HIPAA violation. This is a perfect example of medical offices not taking consideration of a patient needs. read more

The staff at this office are worse than useless- they are incompetent to the point of being actively harmful. About a month ago, I had an appointment scheduled. I am a college student currently 3.5 hours away and I asked if Telehealth visits were possible (no) or if I could reschedule to May. I was sure before I rescheduled to ask, "If I reschedule, will I be able to keep receiving my prescriptions?" I was told this would not be a problem and was rescheduled. Then yesterday they're leaving voice messages that they'll refuse to refill my important prescription until I come in for an appointment. I called and tried to get things worked out on this front, but they refused to cooperate with me or apologize for the LIE they told me. The staff didn't listen to me when I was trying to explain my situation and would interrupt me. They were unprofessional, disrespectful, and entirely unsympathetic and unhelpful. I would've been better off talking to a cat licking its rear. Additionally, when I went in for appointments, I found Alma Pederson to be very similar in that she didn't listen to me, didn't properly address my concerns, and made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable. She kept trying to breach medical topics that I had made clear I was not comfortable discussing, and it got so bad for me that I several times would consider walking out of the appointment. Additionally, the nurses were incompetent and didn't know how to operate a blood pressure cuff. I would call this whole practice a clown show, but that would be disrespectful to clowns. I cannot properly describe how frustrated and disgusted I am with the incompetence and lack of professionalism this whole office has. read more

Dr. Seidmeyer and her staff are fantastic. I initially came to them out of necessity because they were close, but I've now been a patient for nearly 14 years and I can say that they absolutely rock! Dr. Seidmeyer and her PA, Heather are focused on not only treating your medical conditions, but improving your overall health and quality of life. The medical staff is focused on keeping patients informed and usually I am given several choices in my treatment with the pros and cons of each carefully explained to me. I only chose the one star because I couldn't choose zero stars. Dr. Seidmeyer is very dismissive, has a god complex, & a terrible bedside manner. She would not listen to what I was saying my symptoms were. She would hurry through each appointment. I have an autoimmune disorder & she would not help treat THAT, instead she was blaming me (and literally cussed at me) for the side effects of my disorder. (Weight gain). I had seen a specialist for my autoimmune disorder & came back to her because she was my PCP, to which she told me "Oh, you're finally coming back to me for this". At one appointment we discussed raising a medication. When I went to a follow up about that, she claimed we never talked about. That I was "obviously mistaken". I was not. I decided to switch doctors, and I literally got a phone call this morning ASKING WHY I LEFT! WHO DOES THAT?!?! That's a bully tactic. The reasons people leave her practice are their own business. I answered the question by saying "She has a bad attitude & doesn't listen to her patients!" Needless to say, I do not recommend this office. read more

I left her practice years ago. I left a review but it seems to be gone now so I feel it's critical to circle back. My Facebook review is missing also. To be clear I have several doctors and I adore most of them. I have Dr. Seidmeyer about 3 treats as a patient before I decided to look for a PCP that's a better fit. Dr. Seidmeyer comes across as a flippant, arrogant and narcissistic. On many occasions she cut me off before I finished discussing my symptoms with her. She routinely diagnosed my frequent/chronic pain complaints as being sinus or allergy related. She routinely stated I didn't need to see any specialists when I asked. She referred me to an ENT but when he found nothing she dismissed all my complaints. She missed several significant health issues I was having. I finally got referrals and diagnoses when I went to another doctor. When I returned I tried telling her about them. I felt as my PCP she should be aware. She'd never heard of one and flat out changed the subject when I began to discuss how it impacts me. On my last visit I came in feeling sick (she diagnosed me with bronchitis) but I'd been having significant back pain I thrift might be my kidney so I asked about it for purposes of getting a referral. She refused to discuss it. Said I can schedule a later appointment as she was only there for sick people. I ended up in the ER with a kidney stone that was 20mm sms blocking my kidney off. When I told her she changed the subject. That's when I left. A PCP should care about your overall well being, and not just sinus infections, flu and strep. read more

Worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. Unprofessional, appointments run two Hours plus behind schedule.Medications mixed up and not the right dose. Waited an hour in the office waiting for the doctor before the staff came to me and told me the appointment should've been canceled. Very unprofessional office. 3 years later and my feelings are still the same. I travel all the way here from Irving because I'm proud to say this is my doctor and that she takes good care of me. I never plan to change doctors. I was a patient of "dr" Seidmeyer many years ago, the reason I left her care was mainly her lack of concern for the patient's well being. Last visit I had with her was for my well woman routine check up, I had to wait about 1.5 hours as they were running behind and I had already been asked to pay my copay, I asked them if I could reschedule and get a refund or a credit for the next visit, the answer was a flat no and that they would flag me as a no show if I left... so I waited for the most "professional" doctor visit ever. Once I went back, I was told to remove all my clothing and get in a robe, I did. When the "doctor" came in, she told me to get on the stirrups and proceed to talk to the apprentice. When she inserted the metal speculum I flinched as it was extremely cold (she was using a metal one and it was the middle of the winter) her comment was "a dick is bigger than that, man up" my only response was "a dick takes me for dinner before" I forced myself up from the stir ups and got all my clothes and left. They charged my CC for a second charge that was claimed as a no show. read more

I have moved to Dallas but still have and will continue to drive to McKinney to visit Heather whenever I have a need. She has been a God send to me! Overall, I liked my experience with my first adult doctor since I graduated high school and I was nervous about it. Heather Boyd (PA) was incredible, pleasant, and so was the back staff of nurses and Kristi, the back desk lady. Front desk/waiting person and experience was just bad, but I can deal with it for Heather(: I made a new patient appointment before seeing all the bad reviews and didn't want to cancel just because of them, but I'm slightly upset with my experience from the front desk/waiting area. I showed up 15 minutes early like they said for them to file my new patient forms, and someone who came 10 minutes after me got in at my appointment time while I waited another 20 minutes after I should've been in. I finally went up and told the receptionist it'd been a while and I showed up early as instructed and I had work as well and if it kept running late+nurse stuff once in the back, I'd be late to work which wasn't for hours.. but I had a feeling it would've easily taken much longer if I didn't say something. This lady was was rude from the start, and she said "It's a new patient appointment so it takes a while for them to set up" and I was like.. yes that's why I came early to not have any additional delays. I also mentioned it'd still been 20 minutes after my appointment time and she was like "That's why we ask you to be early, 15 before your appointment." ??? I was?? I literally said "that doesn't explain the fact that I waited an additional amount because you didn't bother checking me in on time. If I'm on time, you should be, too." She realized I was right and then called the nurse to tell her and thought whispering crap about me being meant I wouldn't hear her. Also she kept grossly coughing and clearing her throat without covering.. you'd think adults, let alone employees at a doctors office, would be better than children. The other 2 adult patients that came in also were coughing grossly and without covering onto the check-in tablet and just around everyone. That alone bothers me so much because it's just careless and I wouldn't have encountered them if I'd been called in ON TIME, or maybe adults weren't so poorly mannered with their hygiene and awareness and care for their surroundings. Just people annoyance but seriously, a sick staff member at a doctors office that also has plenty of healthy patients is blatantly disrespectful and selfish. Anyways, I got called in 2 minutes after she told them to hurry up and the nurse was good, she was new so it just took her a while to get all my history in her tablet but nice and experienced. The PA Heather Boyd didn't actually see me until 12:50, and my appointment was at 12, but she was absolutely amazing. She listened to all my symptoms and agreed with me on what I thought it was (I'm a nursing student), let me explain/talk, was very thorough and walked me through a plan to deal with my intestinal issues, told me how we'd cancel out other things by trying certain things to see how they worked, set me up for another place for sonogram, etc. Excellent and caring doctor. The lady that set up my ultrasound appointment and handles payments, Kristi, was very nice and helpful, too. If you go, I'd definitely recommend Heather, as I've seen a lot of consistent poor reviews over the other doctor, Vicki Seidmeyer, and I really liked Heather. I just wish they receptionist/front person and handling was much better because whoever I experienced today was flat out rude and irritating. They're the face of the office and did not reflect my great experience once inside the office and dealing with the staff, like Heather, Kristi, and nurses. read more

Awesome doctor's office! There are 5 people in my family. I have switched 4 of us from other doctors. How convenient! I haven't met dr Seidmeyer yet but Heather the PA is great and she has a super bed side manner! Everyone in the front office is warm and welcoming, Kristi and Mary always take care of me when I call. The office itself is nice and clean and new. My son is a new patient but they worked him in today within a few hours of my call. Our wait was short and they had us in and out quickly! My kids are all adults but I saw a fun waiting room for little kids. I almost can't believe my good luck? One doctor that can care for my whole family and she is just down the street? Yay. I just hope they add a male to the staff soon so I can get hubby to make the switch with us... read more

I was a patient there nearly a year. I NEVER ONCE saw the dr., only ever saw the p.a. Heather who has a less than pleasant bedside manner. I always had to wait and wait and every single time I went, they bungled my prescriptions and I had to go back for corrections resulting in more time and energy wasted chasing down my pharmacy, ins, and their incompetent staff. The last time I went, it resulted in me spending four hours to clear their mess up. I went back in to speak the the front desk person to let them know I can't continue on with them if they can't get it together. Well, guess what?? The one and only time I EVER heard from the DO was her calling to tell me never to come back because they refused to take responsibility for their ineptness. Honestly they did me a favor because I found a real actual doctor and never looked back. I had apt. for a physical, at time of scheduling they told me my apt. was at 830 am. Then they sent me an email with a different time. I called to reschedule due to me having to fast, I wanted an early apt. this happen to me 3 times. On the third time I failed to cancel/rescheduled my apt. At this point of being a patient, I have always shown up to every apt. I called this week because I was bitten by a dog and they told me I could no longer come here due to ONE no call no show. I was floored and thought they must be mistaken, I spoke to the front desk several times to see if I could clear this up bc I really like Heather the PA. I asked if I could just pay a no show fee and the lady answering the phone said no. I then asked to speak to the office Manager Mr. Torres who I left 2 messages with and to this point has failed to return my calls. Very unprofessional. When they needed to move my schedule around, or have called me to come in earlier I have done that. So, not sure why they go to this length of over kill on office policies with their patients. I'm floored.. I've sent several people and have notified them all. They are just as stunned. I've even ask my other doctors and they are just as dumbfounded as we all are to the severity of this punishment. read more
