A special thank you to Officer Gonzales, who was one of the first people we encountered. Her customer service was wonderful and immediately made us feel welcomed and comfortable. I also want to personally recognize Nurse Dusty, Nurse Casey, Dr. Grimm, and Registrar Rachael. Every one of you played a part in making a stressful situation much easier for me and my son. The care and compassion you showed truly meant a lot to us. Two weeks later, I had to bring my son back to have his stitches removed, and I had the pleasure of meeting Manager Jennifer Gilson. She was so kind and sweet! She had seen the TikTok review I posted about her staff and actually came out to thank me and shake my hand. That meant so much to me because it showed how much she appreciates her team and the patients they serve.
