Please do not EVER take any of your loved ones to see this so-called "doctor". Because of his…read morenegligence, I hold him responsible for my father's death. My dad was 65. On his death certificate, "Dr." Waldo stated that the immediate cause of death was "terminal cardiorespiratory arrest" even though no autopsy was done. My dad was in and out of the hospital several times over 6 months for bowel obstructions, and although Waldo was his primary care physician, while my dad was in the hospital, Waldo ONLY walked across the BRIDGE from his office to the hospital ONCE, because my mother walked over to his office and made a scene. Although while in the hospital my dad was literally STEPS away from Waldo's office the whole time, Waldo never even attempted to come over and assess my dad's illness. Take care of your health and the health of your loved ones, and do some thorough research to find a competent and attentive medical practitioner. Dr. Waldo is not it.

He is always attentive and has won top doctors in D magazine every year for over 10 years. He is specialized in emergency care and is very good with patients that has complicated health problems. He has literally saved my life twice. As a friend, as previous secretary, and a patient for over 15 years I can testify that he is excellent. He serves on the ethics board at Baylor Plano so patient centered care is extremely important to him. As a someone who used to be in the medical field (and from the patient's point of view) generally it is really hard to understand what to tell a physician and what questions to ask. This is not a reflection of him personally but of all of my physicians and as a result of all of my hospital stays. Pick a doctor that you trust, that will listen to all of your concerns, and will explain what you need to know. That is why, many years ago before I worked with him, I choose Dr. Waldo.

This was the worst doctor's appointment I have ever been to. I went to doctors with my mother and…read morethis lady was rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. I would not waste my time going to her if you actually want answers or are seeking help. My mother has Sjogren's Syndrome and an IGA Deficiency. She has a higher risk for stomach related.l cancers as a result of the IGA Deficiency. She has been having stomach has been having stomach pain for a while and her Immunologist and Rheumatologist keep telling her to go get it checked out. She has seen multiple GI doctors (because we have moved or because the did not provide her with the correct care (for example she was diagnosed with H.Pylori and was throwing up from the antibiotics given and was not able to receive a call back from the MD for 3 day). The last GI doctor the she was seeing retired and she had to find a new one. Terilyn Rene-Scott Winful could not seem to get past the fact that she had seen multiple GI doctors and that was what the whole appointment was about. She actually told my mother that if her pain was from cancer she would already be DEAD by now. She is a sorry excuse for a doctor and if you care about your health I advise you not to see her.

She is one of the few doctors that I completely trust, and I would travel any distance to keep her as my ophthalmologist. Her beautiful new office is just down the road from Baylor Plano, and is more convenient to park at than the hospital. The wait times at any ophthalmologist in my option can be lengthy, so I always book first thing in the morning to avoid a wait.

I'll have to call you back after 1:00. ". That was at 10 am. We were in the same building that afternoon for another Dr appt and afterwards decided to go to Dr Brochners office upstairs and again try to make an appt. the waiting room was packed and when the girl came to the window she stated, " just have a seat, I have to check in a couple of people". Really? So we patiently sat for about 10-15 minutes before deciding they didn't care if we were there or not. This has to be the worst run office I've ever seen! Seriously. I've been with countless parents, aunts, grand parents , spouses , children to probably 100's of spots and never seen this type of blatant disregard and rudeness. I m sure the Dr has at least a suspicion this is happening. Hopefully she takes action soon. I over heard several elderly ladies complaining about extremely long waits.
