Excellent work! Sindt was contracted to take down a 35' Bradford Pear tree 10' from the house and neighbor's fence, chip it, and grind the stump. They were very responsive and accommodating for our schedule and came with the safety equipment necessary to keep themselves and the house safe. This wasn't a large job, so they made short work of the tree and cleaned up nicely all in about an hour and at a great price! So if you need a tree taken down for a picky father-in-law who complains about everything, then this is your company. The old guy was happy. read more

FOLKS, YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH SINDT TREE SERVICE! We had 3 tall pines to remove, a dead 4 ft diameter douglas fir and several oaks to trim near our house. Sindt was hands down the best quote, the most informative property walk-thru I had (we had four companies quote)... AND, they are licensed and insured. Jared Sindt and his crew went above and beyond the quoted work... WAY beyond! They carted off all debris and unwanted trunks, dumped chippings in several spots for my convenience, buck-and-split ALL my oak, carted off a tree that was originally just to be felled, and installed cabling support into an oak that is off-balance (we wanted to keep it intact). The crew was great! Friendly, informative and smart. They improvised, asking me for permission to remove a wire fence. That act reduced the time to fell and remove a tree AND they put the fence back in place nicely! Again, go with Sindt! read more

I had some big trees lose branches in a storm and Stindt did an exemplary job trimming and removing broken bits without disturbing my garden below. Luis has a passion for horticulture - this isn't a chop and drag crew; they will ensure the health and visual appeal of your trees, using safe equipment and practices. I give my highest two thumbs up ;) read more

Our friends were out of state and they learned that a large oak tree by their house had split. The remaining part of the tree was hanging over their house, and they asked us to see if we could get it removed. We found Jerod of Sindt Tree Service and his crew working right down the street from our friends house. We asked him if they could do the job asap; he got right back to us with a great bid and said he could do it that day. They got everything taken care of in around two hours. Our friends were so relieved and grateful. Thanks to Jerod and Sindt Tree Service for a job well done and their quick response. read more

This week the team from Sindt worked on the trees in our yard and I highly recommend them. * They have been very responsive on both the quote and the work. * They showed up when they said they would. * Their quote was reasonable - we needed about 20 trees cleaned up. * They did great work. The arborist was patient with me and explained why what I was asking for wasn't the best for the trees - I took his recommendation. * They chipped all the wood into piles for me to use and then cleaned everything up. * I will use them again when I need tree/arborist work. read more

I recently hired SINDT Tree Service to cut down and removed a large (70+ feet) pine tree from our property. This project involved cutting the tree and removing debris. It also included grinding the stump and removing all stump debris. The SINDT team was professional from the very start. Luis provided a competitive quote w/ all paperwork and details in a prompt fashion. He let us know what to expect and timing. The team showed up as promised and finished on time. I sensed that the team liked working with one another; they seemed more like a family than a bunch of guys on a difficult job. The geographic situation on our property was a real challenge. SINDT team did a great job of removing all debris up a long, severe incline (path) with a width less than eight feet. They did so without any damages to our property or our neighbor's property. The SINDT workers truly performed as a team, similar to a NASCAR pit crew. Everyone had a role and each team member was busy without wasting time... very efficient! I could tell by watching the team that safety (employees & client property) was important. Clean up was fantastic! After the project started, I added a task (remove stump grindings) and SINDT management provided helpful information and a competitive price. It's rare to work with a new contractor and have zero problems... not one! If I ever have the need for any future tree work, from trimming to tree / stump removal, I will contact only one company... SINDT Tree Service! read more

Great value for money. They trimmed four liquid ambers and took another one down. They did the job on time, efficiently and they did it right. I'll use them again for sure. read more

From start to finish, the Sindt Tree Service team absolutely "wowed" us! Jared and Jamie were continually prompt and responsive, and their customer service was exceptional. The crew arrived on time both days and worked efficiently and safely in some very tight places and also during gusts of high wind. We felt as though we were watching a skillfully choreographed ballet! Nick's climbing abilities astounded us! Nick, Nathan, Luis and Mateo worked flawlessly as a team. After felling and trimming branches from 10 trees (a couple of which were close to 100 feet tall), the crew chipped the debris and removed the wood as we had requested. We were thoroughly impressed with the entire process and definitely will call on Sindt for future tree work! read more

Luis and his team did a phenomenal job. I had 5 trees that needed to be removed two were uprooted and leaning over my camper after the heavy snows. These were all too technical for me to do myself, they got me in their schedule within a week at a very reasonable price. The day of their arrival another system rolled in which made it very windy and wet. They worked through it and got the job done exactly how I wanted it. I would highly recommend Sindt Tree Service and will be using them again in the future for any work that is to technical for me to do. Thanks Luis and team. read more

We used Sindt Tree Service today for the second time in Colfax! A big tree that was hanging over the powerlines. The advice of how it would be done before it got done was very clear. WOW! So skilled, professional, friendly, worked during the rain, on time, hard workers, great price and so much more! I know I will use them again because I know I will have more trees that need to get trimmed or cut. I will and tell everyone I know about Sindt Tree Service. They are REALLY GREAT!!!!!! read more

These guys are knowledgeable experts. We had many trees killed and injured by the River Fire in Colfax. They knew which ones would come back in the spring and which are burned too badly to recover. They gave good advice about tree trimming and have all the terrific tools to do an amazing job. Especially the crew! They are a great team of hard workers. Friendly faces are very welcome. It was a pleasure to have them care for our trees. The price was unexpectedly low, compared to what we expected. They know what they are doing and they do it well. read more

We met Jared and Jamie at the Auburn home show this past spring. My husband gave them a call and Jared came out to see the area we wished to have cleared for our ground mount solar and want we wished to have done. Their estimate was fair and competitive to others we received. We chose Sindt as they have the right kind of equipment needed to do the job. Jared and his team showed up when they said they would and performed an excellent job. The entire crew are all hard workers, polite and professional. Jared made sure we were happy with the work and we were. Jamie runs a great front office. Her follow up and response is wonderful. It's very nice to see a company that cares about customer service. We would highly recommend Sindt Tree Service and plan on having them do some additional work this coming winter. read more

They were awesome. From first contact, felt like they cared. Price was very fair and they went above and beyond when I asked them about another small tree to take out while they were here and they took care of it without hesitation. Great job! read more

Sindt Tree Service removed a large oak tree that had grow up thru our phone and power lines. The crew of three was very professional, competent and courteous. They came with the best quality lift and equipment that I have seen to date. Sindt Tree Service would be my first choice for any future tree work. I highly recommend them. read more

Recently had Sindt remove a tree that was hung up in another one. Reasonable price and one of the few companies that was willing to move the rounds to a place of my choosing to split later. Work was done quickly and as asked. Only thing keeping me from the fifth star was my lack of oversight that allowed some misunderstandings and a possible accident that required a replaced hose. Would use this company again. I'd just be home to make sure work was fully done to my liking. Revised: Jamie from Sindt reached out to me almost immediately regarding this review and offering to address any concerns. Amazing responsive. 5 Stars. read more

We just had Sindt Tree Service out to cut down about 10 large trees on our property, most of which hung over our house. From our first meeting they exceeded all expectations. They were punctual, professional and courteous. At the end of the job they cleaned everything up-blew off the roof, deck and took care of all of their trash. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family. read more

AMAZING tree service! Our neighbor's gigantic Oak tree fell in our backyard and clipped our house during the last storm and my family was pretty shaken up. There was a lot to do and finding a tree service was one of them. Finding a tree service was just one of the daunting tasks we faced and finding one that was great and quick. I am so happy we went with Sindt Tree Service. The crew was professional and very thorough. There was a crew of 7 and they started working quickly and within 10 minutes I was already amazed by how fast thing were progressing. Everyone in the crew was polite, respectful and patient with all our questions. They arrived at 8am as promised and by noon the tree was gone. All the small pieces were blown, raked up and taken away. Sindt Tree Service also removed my the neighbors portion of the tree in their yard as well. I am so happy with the company and will always recommend them to everyone. read more

We hired Jared for a two day special. We tagged many trees for him to either trim or down. We also had a tree that fell that needed to be cut up and chipped. As they team showed up two guys started trimming and two out cutting and clearing the debris from fallen tree. The two workers cleaning up were working at a snails pace!! Looking at their phones!! Walking so slow back and forth to the chipper!!! The wood was cut into many different sizes with no consistency. Piles & piles of slash left on the ground!!! It got so bad by the next day my husband had to say something!! Jared finally showed up and they discussed our concerns about what was not accomplished and that his crew were not working together as a team. We a have had other tree services at our home and never has our property been a disaster like they left!! Needless to say they didn't do have the work they said they could do!! Would never have them back again. Scared to recommend them to a friend!! read more

We had a large oak tree, maybe 75' to 100' foot tall that was dead. A large branch had fallen off and came close to the house. We decided the tree must come down. We had heard good things about Sindt and read a review about how good they were to work with. I contacted Sindt and spoke to Jamie who said Jared would call me right back, which he did. I had contacted two other tree service companies, and left msgs to please call me. Jared was the only one to do so. He said he could be to my home in 15 minutes and was right on time. He sent us an estimate listing three options price wise. We choose to have everything removed from the property. A date was set, and even with the PG&E shutdown, they showed up early and ready to work. The tree was cut down and the man wielding the saw was fantastic and knew what he was doing from the start. The had to put it down between our garage and house and did so perfectly. I had at first requested all to be removed, as the tree appeared not to be worth much wood for our stove. After speaking with Jared and looking at some of the branches, I asked if they could cut up some for the stove which Jared did without any questions or increase in cost. The crew cleaned up all the wood left on the ground and were done completely in about 4 hours. Nothing, absolutely nothing, but praise and good words for this company. read more
