When I calmly told him that women should be treated better, he became aggressive and started arguing with me loudly, including switching to Spanish and escalating the confrontation. Nothing physically dangerous happened, but the experience felt sexist, unwelcoming, and inappropriate, especially for a space that is supposed to be inclusive.
