They brought to my attention that the logo on poster proofs would have been pixilated once printed. Our order was a bit complicated, since we were having multiple prints shipped to 20 locations. However, the team didn't bat an eye. Shipment was accurate and extremely fast -- from the time the proofs were approved to the moment the posters arrived at their respective destinations, all across the state. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend if you're on the fence!

She continued to express that if I had ordered in the store I could have gotten a discount since the order was incorrect but because I ordered online there was nothing to be done. Not a care in the world for my inconvenience. I couldn't get the posters fast enough from my normal provider and so went to the location that guaranteed fast service and was five minutes away from my office. A five minute pop in caused me a 45 minute delay and I had to cancel a meeting because the posters were not ready after an email alerted me that my order was waiting for pick up. Not one single apology or empathetic gesture. Mistakes are expected and every one makes them. Poor service and response is unacceptable.
