Now I just went back to her because I was sick and I got an appointment when I called at 9 am, but I had to wait 45 minutes. I knew I would have to wait, but 45 minutes with a 3 year old is pretty painful. We brought lots of toys with us, but even with those, he was getting pretty antsy. I would have appreciated a heads up that I would have to wait awhile. We could have hung out with a movie in the DVD player and that would have worked better. But even after that waiting, she still talked to me in a non-rushed fashion and she worked on figuring out why/how I was sick since I'm normally pretty healthy. Dr. Brown also will do a thorough workup on you to determine if you are getting the proper vitamins and minerals as well as your hormonal status. The facility is a free standing building, located behind Good Samaritan Hospital and easy to access from Highland Avenue, with its own free parking lot, steps from the entrance. She did an outstanding job of keeping my mind off the procedure and I greatly appreciated her presence and conversation to keep my mind occupied. I commented several times on how calm I was which was a direct result of Jessica's efforts. BTW tech was curt and crabby for dealing with patients like me. I was told the radiologist would come me in to review results with me. didn't happen. Tech flitted in and said it was a cyst and not a complicated one BTW There is no such thing as a complicated cyst. get dressed and come back in a year fora screening mammogram. This is NOT the place to go for compass care if you suspect cancer. I have reached out to the director and will request a second opinion from a more qualified doctor.

She was a little too comfortable with her hands touching and overstepping limits when it comes to positioning breasts on the mammogram machine. She was like an octopus. I understand that a mammogram requires some physical contact, but she was way too close for comfort and her way of grabbing breasts was more like stroking then positioning on the machine. This definitely was sexual misconduct and is unacceptable and excessive. I have had plenty of mammograms and have never experienced this type of behavior which is inappropriate.

I've had knee dislocations happen many times and the last one got me to the ER. Dr Ahsan suggested that I have MPFL reconstruction and tibial tubercle osteotomy. These are very serious procedures and a complete recovery takes about a year. Dr Ahsan answered a ton of my questions with patience and positivity. I appreciate his approach because his calmness and professionalism kept me calm and focused on the result, not the surgery itself. The surgery was a success and I am recovering quickly with the help of an amazing physical therapist. 3 month out I am walking, I was able to travel twice and yesterday I went back to the gym. The surgery was a challenge for me, but I am looking forward to what's coming next. I will be able to do any workout, ride a bike and run without being worried about my knee all the time.
