5/5 ShipNYC…read moreabsolutely crushed it for me. I needed a couple of custom 3D-printed camera parts, and not only did they nail the design, the parts came out perfect--tight tolerances, clean finish, and they fit my gear like factory originals. What really stood out, though, was the way they treated me. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind, super patient, and clearly knew their stuff. They made sure I got exactly what I needed, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. On top of that, their pricing was refreshingly reasonable--way more budget-friendly than I expected for custom work. If you need 3D printing done right, and you want to deal with people who are both talented and actually pleasant to work with, ShipNYC is the move. Highly recommended.

I found ShipNYC to print the addresses on my save the dates and was met with complete professionalism, great communication and excellent service from beginning to end. Where should I start?…read more I've been using Laparkan to ship my barrels to Jamaica for few years now. The service at the Mount Vernon office is horrible. So horrible that I don't understand why that woman behind the counter is allowed to work. Someone should pay her to stay home. Whenever you walk in the office, you feel as if you have stepped inside the demilitarized zone. You're not greeted and there is no acknowledgement of your presence. When she feels it time to talk to you, the customer, there is always an attitude in her tone. I have often wonder why I continue to do business with this company at all. I will say, however, that the Laparkan service in the Montegobay Jamaica office is by far the best. But sad to say, I refuse to use Laparkan shipping until they adjust or train the Mount Vernon Staff on how to provide proper customer service. I will not spend my money with any company that treats me with such disrespected. Not once, but at three times in one year by the same person.

Very disappointed. My barrel arrived crushed and half the contents were ruined…read more I used Quality One International Shipping Express Corp. to send a barrel of food to Jamaica, on September 9, 2026, and I regret it. When the barrel arrived, it was squashed, and about half of the items inside were no good. Liquids had leaked and spread over everything else, ruining food that my family was counting on. Anyone who ships barrels home knows how much time, money, and care goes into packing one. To have it handled so carelessly is upsetting. In my experience, Quality One International Shipping Express Corp. Shipping did not treat my shipment with the care it deserved, and I would not use them again. If you're sending a barrel to Jamaica, I strongly suggest you go with Dennis Shipping instead: 718-451-3617.

Somehow, they shipped the pallets to Jamaica separately without my consent which resulted in me being charged twice at the port, twice by customs and twice by my broker. Then to add salt to my wounds, several of my items were missing, which were of course, the most expensive ones. I would not recommend this company to anyone. My Next shipping will definitely be with another company even if it costs more.

Driver came to pick up 5 barrel and a box and stated he didn't know anything about a box. even though it was written in the paper. called the office and got the run around. The point is that it's best to call the driver They know more than the person in the office. the office will give you the wrong info and when you call them out on it they want to say your rude. Never Ever Again I will be using denise shipping. they feel that the customer have no other shipping company to ship with so they treat you like shit. I am still calling the corporate office to complain because even though we are common people we are the ones that keep them in busines.

I am not new to dropping off, so if i needed a box my items woyld have been in a box, why would you assume I dont know. I had one item that didnt need a box, only a lable, she said that i should wrap it and quoted me 1.75 and $2 something because i did need a lable printed. I just found the entire experience to be so rude and I felt uncomfortable the entire process. The upselling before a greeting, was so unprofessional. I wont be going back they seem more interested in making a sale, why do amazon then.
