This realty agent will try to confuse the issues by stating that there was no written contract. But there was an absolute verbal contract and duty to perform that would hold up in any court of law. This contract is evident by the realtor`s takeover of my Zillow web page. They would have been paid for doing nothing. The wood floor also had water damage where the dishwasher had been. Mark sent me immediately an estimate that was way within my budget. The work was stated almost immediately.
