Allison is the definition of exceptional service. She helped us sell our home and buy a home in our budget, that was in a neighborhood that we fell in love with. It was almost too good to be true even as I sit in my new home and type this review. She was always ahead of us, checking with the lender to make sure they had everything they needed, checking in with the home inspector and right when COVID-19 hit everything changed on buying a new home so she handled it well and made it easy for us. We sold our home in one day with 3 offers and we got more than the asking price! She is a genuine person always looking to do what is best for you. Last year, after requesting a copy of a magazine regarding relocating to North Carolina, Allison Donovan called me. I explained to her that my husband and I were not planning to relocate for another 5 years. I told her that we were coming down to see the area the following month.
