Our circumstance needed someone that could advise us on the best way to purchase a home that was not our primary residence. Richard was able to frankly explain the differences between investing in a second home versus buying income property. He was extremely careful not to cross the line with legal advice but kept it purely on a financial basis. Our experience with his office was extremely positive.
