I put in my order for water and the Poached Benny. That comes with two poached eggs on a sausage patty above a thick slice of French toast topped with maple syrup beside hash brown potatoes. While one of my two poached eggs was slightly overcooked, it was still jammy in the middle and the other was a perfect poach. Everything was delicious, even the cut strawberry that garnishes the plate. The sausage patty is thick enough that I'm glad the platter is served with a more robust knife than the spreading knife included in the flatware bundle on the table. It makes assembling a perfect bite possible. The restaurant is clean and bright. The service was quick and friendly and dining alone was not at all awkward. I still highly recommend dining at Poached.
