When I called to see if I could make an appointment I was met with the kindest person that told me I could come in 15 minutes. Mai was the nail tech that attended me. She did an excellent job! I have not had service like that in a while. She offered tea & did everything to make my experience pleasurable from the gentle care , to the hand massage, and hot towel. The staff were mostly friendly! The person who did my set could improve. The quality of work for the price does not equate. Paid $90 including tip. I would've liked if she prepped my cuticle before hand and if she cleaned up the leftover polish after. I know it'll wash away but for the price, almost $100, I think it's a reasonable ask. Also a thank you or goodbye would've been nice. She got up and left and another person stepped in to lotion and apply cuticle oil. The right index nail is visibly crooked to the right. The anatomy of my nail is funny so I get it but I've had other nail techs in the past apply correctly to make up for it. I was the only one there so the vibes were chill, the space clean, and the music soothing. Overall due to the quality and overall presentation of the final result, I decided not to revisit. They don't honor appointments :/ I called earlier in the morning to schedule a 1:15 gel manicure. I got there at 1:05, waited 5 minutes to be spoken to, and another five to be told that unfortunately they've taken other clients and cannot accommodate me. She asked me to come back in an hour - sorry but is that appointment going to be the same story here? Extremely limited color selection; from other reviews I thought they'd be able to designs/cat eyes. Very rarely have enough staffing to get more that 2-3 people in, you gotta call to see if they're available if you don't want to wait an hour. I went here less than a week ago for gel extensions, but Sabrina applied acrylic without even asking if I was okay with it. She seemed moody the entire appointment and was very rough with my hands. She didn't clean my cuticles or properly prep my natural nails, which is probably why my nails are already lifting after only a few days. Some nails are also shorter than others and uneven, and the overall application was very careless. I had shown her the color I wanted at the beginning, but when it was time to polish she asked again because she had put the sample back while she was on her phone and seemed annoyed when I reminded her. I also got a gel pedicure from another technician who did an amazing job, so that part of my visit was great. However, I paid almost $150 for both services and expected much better quality for the nails. Overall, the service from Sabrina was horrible and I wouldn't recommend coming here unless it's just for a basic manicure or pedicure. read more

I believe this is a new business. I picked it from a list of classpass providers. I went early morning and they were not busy, which I was so happy about. Service was nice, prompt. The ladies were sweet, I received tea during my time there. They have new massage chairs. I received a deluxe pedi and I felt that for the price it is decent. The service I got was a pedicure, I feel like the lady is just old and settled in her ways she feels she do the bare minimum. The look she gave me and told me to put Vaseline on my feet. Which I put Vaseline oil everyday on my feet. My regular nail tech always on point with exfoliation. And the problem is they charging gel pedicure $55. Her work was horrible with my service. I'm new to area and was hoping to find a convenient nail shop. But I see I have to go get them redone else where . Feel like I wasted money for today's service. Very disappointed. Came twice into this shop when they're slow to get a manicure and a pedicure and both times they stopped doing my nails in the middle of the service to get new walks in. First time they had me waiting over 15 min without saying anything and when I decided to leave they told me someone was coming to finish my nails.. but why stop doing mine and not tell the other people to wait ? 2nd time same thing. She starts doing my nails someone walks in and leaves me for over 15 min rushing to do the other persons service. I had time to kill in the Mission and walked past this place, so I thought I'd give them a try. First off, prices are clearly displayed outside so you can't be surprised by charges. Secondly, the place is BIG and airy, with clean white walls, nice stations for nails and a huge selection of polish. I did not have time for a pedicure but their chairs looked very comfortable and professional, wish I had had the time!! I wanted a dip change but due to the color change I needed my extensions out - they did not charge me extra for this full change and that was amazing. They didn't tell me it was gel and that it was extra do it it over the dip nail it came out to $75 I paid $85 not even 3 days later to popped off. I don't do anything physical for that to happen. I can back to get it fixed she said don't worry it free. I hope so? I've done dip powder before at another shop they last a month no issue. I've walked by this place a few times because it's close to my job and today I decided to go in and get a fill in for my acrylic nails. I have a wedding coming up this weekend so it was convenient to have them done during my lunch break. I'm soooo glad I did! I showed the nail tech (who I later found out was named Sabrina) a picture of my dress and a picture of a nail design I saved from Instagram. She let me know right away that she was not able to do exactly what I had shown her in the picture but she could do most of it, which I was ok with. She went above and beyond to show me different color combinations to find the "right" one for my dress. She also suggested a flower design, which she tried and was cute, but not the look I was going for. She removed it without hesitation and started over with the original design I had shown her in the picture. My nails came out beautiful and I am so happy with them! The salon itself is beautiful and very clean. I was offered tea and water when I arrived and there was nice relaxing music playing in the background. There are two tv's with nice scenic views so you can zone out and pretend you're on vacation somewhere! I went back to the office and showed my coworkers my nails and they were all glad to know I found a place close to work that they can try too! I will definitely be coming back! I've been here a few times due to convenience and I'm disappointed with my pedicure every time. My cuticles are not trimmed well , my nail is not cleaned and scraped clear, my nails aren't cut straight , they are slanted , which should be the simplest thing to do is trim my nails in a straight line. She barely rubbed the foot scrubber across the bottom of my feet, and didn't even touch my heels. It was more like I came here to get lotion on my legs and my nails painted. The most disappointing part is that the most needed part of my pedicure is to have my nails trimmed and feet scrubbed and both were done poorly. I got gel nails done here 2 weeks ago and the polish was pretty light despite multiple coats so we did a different, darker color over it. The nail tech who did my nails that day said since there were so many coats, it might crack faster so to come back if that happens and sure enough, one nail completely slid right off a couple days later while I was doing my daily tasks. I went back in and the same nail tech wasn't there but another nail tech offered to redo my nails for free. As you can see in the photos, even in round 2 my nail was visible in the lighter color and the purple had bubbles immediately after and scuffed up later that day. This was with no other clients waiting so it wasn't a rush job. Maybe I'll try them again in the future but for the time being, do not recommend for gel nails. read more

I tried them a while back and was a little disappointed by the quality but I made the mistake of giving them another try because it's conveniently located right next to my job. I thought maybe with a different nail tech, I might have a better experience and boy was I wrong. I paid $90 for the fill plus a $10 tip on Christmas Eve eve and by Christmas night, two of them completed lifted. I've had to hold them on using a bandaid. So I went back into the shop and asked them if they could put a couple drops of glue to secure them and I was dismissed and told I would need to wait 10 mins and pay a few dollars. There were three women there, but only one of them was with a customer. I thought maybe they misunderstood what I was asking so I repeated myself saying "no I'm asking for one drop of glue because I just paid $90 for these nails a week ago" the lady said "you can come back later then" I will not be going back ever. read more
