You don't truly realize how bad these things are until the weather gets better and it starts growing again. The guy that came out I believe was Jim and what a schmooze. I do not recommend these people unless you want to play games with trying to get a hold of them if there's any kind of problem at all. Instead, these guys came and removed the branch, repaired our roof, and fixed the ceiling with such an expert patch job that you can't even tell where the hole was on our ceiling.
