The nice website and ValuPak advertising are all nice impressions, but those things don't get the work accomplished. Empty promises for timelines and not answering phone calls is his specialty after he receives the order. The business and cell phone numbers have full mailboxes and there is no reply to emails either. We did receive a huge pile of gravel, but it's been sitting in our driveway for over two weeks so we'll need to take care of that too. We try our best to give business to local companies, but this is one to stay away from.
