ordered here a few times, and each time was good. I've always placed my order via doordash and choose to pick up. if you know me, i always get pad thai. i guess i'm a creature of habit. This time was no different. i think consistency wise, this pad thai is pretty good. Just the right amount of flavor with each bite. We also typically get the pad see ew, but this time the flavor wasn't evenly distributed across all the noodles. I've also tried the pineapple fried rice and the drunken noodles, and both entrees were filling and delicious. The interior is dimly lit, which is a nice spot for dinner. This place is located in the krogers shopping plaza, right behind mcdonalds.

Place: Empty when I got there around one and the people were super nice. Food: Wasn't great. Wasn't bad. I enjoyed the Kao Pad Kee Mao and my wife got the Pad Thai which wasn't the best she has had. read more

Yummy! I'll go up a spice level next time. So happy to find a Thai delivery in our area. The Tom Kha (coconut soup) was hot and delicious. I tried the pineapple fried rice for the first time (I usually get curry) and it was good. Hubs got the Pad Kee Mao (Drunken noodles) and it hit the spot. He wishes it was spicier, but that's on me. Can't believe we waited so long to give this place a try. It was really good. The service was outstanding. Our waiter was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and efficient. I only wish I could remember his name. THe food was super fresh tasting and not overly dressed. The sauces were very flavorful and all house made. We had the fresh, not fried, spring rolls, curry dish, crispy chicken pad Thai, and noodle soup. I can't wait to go back and explore the rest of the menu. Oh yea... always gotta love byob. read more

This place is really good. I got the Thai Dumplings and beef Pad Se Eew. The menu said that the dumplings are fried and they really are. They aren't soggy with oil and are crispy. The Pad Se Eew was good as well but it was just a little sweeter than I was used to. The staff were really nice and I never had to ask for a refill. Will be coming back. read more

I ordered the Summer Rolls and they were wonderful, the peanut sauce was perfectly seasoned the way I like it. I also ordered the yellow curry, also delish, they have the sauces down! We did a to-go order and it was our first time here. We ordered pad Thai, chicken fried rice, summer rolls and some soup. Everything was way too heavy on the cilantro. It's all we could taste in the summer rolls. The cilantro that was used wasn't even prepped properly. It still had the stems. I ordered the pad thai and ordered it a 3 spicy. I wouldn't want to see what 5 is because mine was very spicy and again way too much cilantro. My wife ordered the chicken fried rice and asked for a zero spicy and it was still spicy because...you guessed it...too much cilantro. If I come back I'd definitely have to ask for no cilantro. Staff was great!!! Very friendly! The staff is what earned the 3 stars. read more

The food's pretty good but doggone it all...we ordered a couple of entrees and got home (at least a 30 minute drive round trip) and found that they had forgotten to include rice! I called and they said they'd give me free rice next time. What?!? Rice is included with entrees. When I asked them to credit us account with, say, $3 for the missing rice they said they couldn't do that and they hung up on me. Bye. read more

We have heard so many people rave about this place and tonight we decided to try it. I ordered the Basil chicken which was delicious, my fiancé got beef pad Thai and his only complaint is that he wished he had ordered it spicer. We ordered the summer rolls, curry puffs and the fried potato and chicken dumplings...all were delicious! The two fried items were crispy and not greasy which made them so yummy! We will definitely order from here again soon! read more

Excellent! Great service and great food! I tried 3 dishes: pad Thai w/chicken, pad prik king and seafood sampler. Spice level 3 was perfect and I like spicy food. I tried level 4 on 1 dish and though still good was a little too hot for me. Can't imagine what 5 is like. But may try it next time just to see. I will definitely be back. read more

I've been searching the DFW area for the best vegan pad thai and after trying a dozen restaurants, this place is at the TOP OF THE LIST. This is one of the first restaurants I tried and I'm mad at myself for wasting time and money on inferior food elsewhere! After eating here about 25 times, I can confidently say the quality is consistent. I'm never disappointed in any dishes, pad thai or otherwise. I recommend trying the drunken noodles, my husband's favorite. The food is delicious, the restaurant is clean, the service is quick, 11/10 would eat again and again and again. read more

Excellent food and service at reasonable prices. I like Pad Kra Prao (aka Pad Kra Pao or Basil Chicken) at most Thai places, but there's is as good as it gets. Not to be confused with their Crispy Basil Chicken (fried), which I have not tried. I love their Tom Yum shrimp soup as well. Just wish we'd found this place sooner! read more

This has become a staple for our family! We do their lunch special about every other week and it's always fresh and there is no wait. Brian knows us and is always very professional, courteous and never let's my drink go empty :) We love the Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, Gang Massaman and recently tried the Garlic Vegetable dish. This is a great neighborhood restaurant. We tried it for the first time last night.........we went back again tonight!!!!! The basic pad Thai is great. We split it and the crispy fried shrimp. Both were on point. Can't wait to try more of the menu. What really sets this place apart from most places is the staff. They really seem to be interested in making sure you have a good experience. Not like most where it seems they are just trying to get to the next table or are irritated you are there. These young men are a step above. We will make this place one of are regular stops for dinner. read more

This neighborhood place is a gem! White tablecloths, table flowers and courteous service create a relaxing atmosphere after competing with North Tarrant traffic. The shrimp rolls appetizer was incredibly crispy and delicious. We shared a large bowl of Tom Kha Gai soup that was savory and out of this world. Next time, pad thai! read more

We ordered drinks and an appetizer, and I was fully planning to get my usual pad Thai. But our waitress suggested I switch it up and try the drunken noodles with tofu (I'm vegetarian), and I'm so glad I listened. I got it extra spicy, and it was SO good. Like... I don't even know if I can go back to pad Thai now. One of my favorite things about this place is how many vegetarian options they have - and not just basic ones. Everything is flavorful and feels intentional, not like an afterthought. The whole vibe is kind of Asian fusion, so it's a fun mix of flavors, and everything we've tried has been solid. Great service, great food, and just an overall good experience every time. Definitely a 10/10 for me.

Props to Malai for professional managment and mature response. BTW: the food quality cannot be faulted. The bar could be a little more meticulous - but they have mastercooks manning the grills in the back.

Absolutely phenomenal! Had family in town and we decided to give Simply Thai a try and we all were all extremely happy with the food. From the sampler platter to start, The Panang curry, Yellow curry, Crispy chicken and Pad Thai, all were fantastic. We definitely will be going back. Great price, friendly staff and the food speaks for itself. They were able to take a party of 7 with no notice and still have the food out in a very reasonable time. I would recommend this to anyone that loves Thai or for those who haven't tried Thai, this is a must. Not to mention that its BYOB (bonus) and there is literally a Kroger right there so stop in, grab the alcohol beverage of your choice and go enjoy some amazing Thai food. Five stars to this awesome restaurant. The decor is clean and simple and the staff is really friendly too! My boyfriend and I got the appetizer sampler to start off with. You get to choose 4 different appetizers and it comes with two pieces of each. We chose the chicken satay, chicken curry puffs, Thai shumai and Thai dumplings. All were sooo good. For our entrees, we shared the red snapper with garlic sauce and the drunken noodles with beef. The red snapper was cooked perfectly. I was impressed by the crispness of the fish even with the sauce over it. The drunken noodles had lots of flavor and the spice was on point. Overall a great experience. I don't know how they do it, but this is the freshest food you can get, and they are here within 20-30 minutes every time. Even at peak dinner time. They must have a ton of drivers. read more
