Drew single handedly cleaned my sectionals and cushions while being attentive to the details of the couches and my request. He took special care ensuring no further damage would be made to the surrounding areas including floors which he suctioned cleaned. Additionally, he was very open to my questions and explained the process in detail. He explained how dust and debris easily fly despite a couch being barely used and put multiple airway systems to prevent the room from smelling and accelerate the drying process. We drove an hour to the property today and took the day off work specifically for this appointment. When they were almost an hour late, I called David and he casually said, "Sorry, we thought you changed it to Friday. Must have confused you with someone else." No accountability whatsoever. When I understandably got upset because this completely screwed up our plans, he hung up on me. Now we're stuck scrambling last minute before guests arrive next weekend.
