Then this is the person for you. Lizeth constantly wouldn't reply to messages. Cancelled or showed up late to everything, including setting up the chairs for my wedding. Yes, she texted my day of coordinator at 5 am ON THE DAY OF MY WEDDING, saying she wasn't going to be there at the agreed upon time of 10 am, saying she'd be there at noon then showed up at 1 pm. Hit the trees of the venue with her truck. Brought the wrong cake stand so I sent $220 for a cake table and had to use the cardboard from the baker. My flowers had awful metal pieces and zip ties on them. I was embarrassed of what I had for my wedding party. Let alone my colors had gold and she put silver all over everything. Then she didn't show up to pick up her stuff at the time she said she would the following day and asked me to keep them another day, even though I'm out of state. If you want your wedding to go wrong, she's definitely your girl. Too bad zero stars aren't a thing.

Every detail--from the floral arrangements to the table settings and the overall ambiance--was exactly what we had dreamed of, if not better. Walking into the venue felt magical, and so many of our guests commented on how beautiful and cohesive everything looked. What truly set them apart was not just their talent, but the way they went above and beyond for us. They weren't just decorators; they were problem-solvers, collaborators, and calm voices of reassurance on a very busy day. A special thank you to Sunny, who stepped in with last-minute coordination with other vendors when we couldn't be present ourselves. That kind of support gave us peace of mind and allowed us to enjoy our day without worry. The team's professionalism, kindness, and dedication made such a difference. We felt they were personally invested in making our wedding special, and it absolutely showed. If you're looking for decorators who will not only execute your vision flawlessly but also care deeply about your experience, look no further. They are the best, and we're beyond grateful to them for making our wedding day unforgettable. Truly a dream to work with!!

The family we were planning everything with let us know at the last week they did not have any chairs / tables so we called Elegance - had everything booked the same day and the day before graduation they had tents, tables, chairs; tablecloths and a cooler all set up so we could decorate for the graduation party! They take care of set up and tear down so you can enjoy your day! They made the grad party easy and honestly it's much nicer having matching tables, chairs and tents than some ratty supplies you have hanging around your house! recommend!

/5 - DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS! They will ruin your event!I am writing this to warn anyone…read moreplanning a special event to stay far away from this place. They completely compromised our event today through broken promises, gross negligence, and a complete refusal to take accountability for their mistakes. The Night Before (False Reassurance):We called the night before our event to secure a specific throne chair. Because we live out of town, we explicitly offered our credit card over the phone to make a deposit and lock it in. An employee named KK refused the payment, confidently assuring us that a remote deposit wasn't necessary and that it was perfectly fine to pay upon arrival today. They even issued us an invoice, leaving us under the impression that our rental was 100% safe. The Morning of the Event (The Betrayal):Today, a family member called to confirm the final pickup details, only to be met with a total shock. They told us, "We don't have that throne anymore; we sent it out on delivery to another party." They quietly re-rented our item behind our backs without a single phone call, text, or warning, completely shattering our event plans. The Runaround (An Hour of Ghosting):Panic set in, and we scrambled to call them back to figure out how this was possible. Suddenly, they stopped picking up. It took an entire hour of continuous dialing just to get someone back on the line. When we finally reconnected with KK, she was completely cold, indifferent, and entirely unapologetic that her false promises had just ruined our event setup. Management (Zero Solutions):KK passed the phone to her manager, Victor, who immediately met our frustration with a defensive, "oh well, it's not our fault" attitude. We were completely desperate and willing to do anything to get the throne we needed, but they gave us absolutely zero solutions or alternatives. While Victor eventually backed down and realized how badly his team botched our reservation, they just shrugged and left us completely empty-handed on the day of our event. They blocked us from securing the item with a deposit, promised it would be held, gave it away behind our backs, and then treated us like an inconvenience. This company lacks basic professionalism, integrity, and empathy. Save yourself the nightmare and take your business elsewhere.

A successful venue should be able to host memorable events while still being considerate of its neighbors.
