One time I brought in a Michael Kors bag and they turned it down for "staining." The kicker? I brought in the exact same bag a week later and they bought it. How does that make sense? Most recently, I waited over 2 hours just to be told they wouldn't take anything -- even jewelry, which one of the employees admitted she wanted to buy but was told not to. So it's not about quality, it's just random. Meanwhile, you'll see plenty of similar or worse-quality items on their racks. If you're going to run a resale shop, at least be transparent and consistent with what you accept. Otherwise, you're just wasting people's time. This is none other than a glorified goodwill like the one next door to it Will definitely be taking my business and items elsewhere from now on. Thanks but no thanks.

Well, I can't figure out if this was due to the supply chain shortage or not enough workers stocking, but a lot of the shelves in the areas I was going for were empty. I also barely saw any employees out on the floor and there were only two people at the registers... I did get a couple potholders but there weren't really any choices, so I just had to settle. It can be a bit pricey, especially when clothes are used and sometimes have stains or holes, but there are still some great finds, especially in mens wear. I have gone shopping for my boyfriend and found great pieces for him there, but the women's section is more lacking. It is still a great place to browse and at least enjoy the aesthetics and fun knick knacks they have!
