The WORST business ever…read more I've been there twice, both times to alter my jeans for different occasion, and she NEVER gets her job done on time. First time, I had to make unexpected additional round trip twice because she didn't do what I requested on appointed date which is totally unacceptable and that was a few months ago. I decided to give her a second chance despite my first bad experience just because she's a Korean as I am. Guess what? Same s*** happened. Yes, my jeans were not ready on time and I wasted my time and gas for nothing again. I even gave her extra two days (my jeans were supposed to be ready on tuesday, but I went to pick up on thursday) and "I was busy" was what I got when I was there to pick up. Frustrating + Speechless. If I got a phonecall from her saying give it a few more days or w/e, so I don't need to drive all the way for nothing, I wouldn't be writing this ugly review here. But, of course no... no phonecall, no nothing. I can't believe she still can run that business with doing that. Never seen this kind of terrible business, never. Price? You can get much better service and quality from other tailors for that price, I bet you. DO NOT do a business with them and just go find another tailor to save your time and money for god's sake.

It smells like stale food, and bad breath. Now I have to have it dry cleaned somewhere else in hopes that I can get this stink out. I will never set foot into this place again. Awful.

They have 3 different sizes of washers, and enormous dryers, and all of them do a great job - and quickly! Just about 10 days ago I injured the ligament in my foot, and my laundry piled up. I struggled to get the huge loads over to the site, but the attendant helped me get it all in from my car. They did all that laundry - washed, dried, and folded/hung - for only about 30% more than the machines would have cost to do it myself! The Gods bless you ladies! Thank you so much for a nice facility, and for the help! Scott from Omaha
