The customer service is excellent! Getting established with delivery and pickup service was easy. I got my items back on time and everything was so fresh and nicely folded. Also, it didn't cost as much as one would expect. I could easily spend more at a coffee shop in one week than what it cost to have my laundry professionally washed once a week. read more

My mother in law raved about this place after hosting a party, and needing to wash a lot of comforters and sheets etc. Well fast forward to us coming back from camping on a beach, we needed 100% of everything laundered. This place is AMAZING!!! You can literally do 4 loads in 45 mins and its minimally expensive. My mother in law says its her new favorite place to go, and I agree! Highly recommend. Clean, quick, and efficient! read more

I don't need to use laundry mats too often but this was a very pleasant experience. -Super kind man(worked here ) that helped me when my ignorance was too obvious . -he went out of his way to help a patron get her things from her car and inside - kept it clean the whole time I was there . It's nice to see employees go out of their way these days . read more

Horrible Servicio did not get a refund for a faulty washing machine. Lady at the front was very rude and complained to other customers about the way we do our laundry. Treated us like idiots. read more

There comes a time when a laundromat becomes a necessity-- such as a plumbing problem. Today was such a day. Wash World to the rescue! This place is huge! I was happy to see there were plenty of open washing machines. They have giant washers that handle up to five loads at once and smaller machines for two loads at once. The two load machines cost $3.00 so it's fairly economical. I think each wash takes about 13 minutes, but I can't guarantee that's correct because I forgot to look immediately after it started. Coins or credit cards are both accepted, although it took multiple tries to get the second machine to accept my card. The space is very clean and well lit, with wheeled baskets to help move the laundry. I didn't need the dryers today, but they have some for both big and small loads. There's also restrooms and an attendant. It looks like you can do drop off laundry too. The best thing is that the wash is ready quickly with such big machines. read more

I needed a big machine for my 4 comforters and they fit easily. Clean place with friendly help if you need it. I'm going to wash my comforters more often! read more

June 25, 2020 I came to this location in my truck with my dogs in the back. I came into the facility put my clothing in the wash and I came back outside to sit with my dogs. I did not ask but was pleasantly surprised when a staff member brought out on their own accord a bowl of water for my two dogs. Little gestures like this go a long way. I will return to this location in the future. read more

This place was very clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I would recommend it if you are in need of a laundromat.

It's been a long time since I've used a laundromat but today was a necessity because the washer didn't work and there were no clean towels. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of Wash World Laundry on Pacific. It was spotless and a very pleasant lady was there to help. read more

I don't utilize laundromats often but if I did this is where I would go! Very clean and very efficient. It is staffed and they state they have surveillance so I felt comfortable leaving my comforter in the dryer while I tended to another errand. They also have a couple TVs, vending machines, and free popcorn! read more

This is one of the best laundromats I've ever used. The whole place is very clean, even the inside of the washers where the detergent/bleach/softener goes. It's well-lit and welcoming. Machines have both coin and credit card options. I would absolutely come back and would recommend this place! read more

Without a doubt the best laundromat I've ever been to. Usually laundry day on tour is a whole afternoon bummer that takes 2 hours longer than you expected and everything is gross and nowhere to sit...NOT HERE! Wash World was immaculately clean, had a ton of brand new machines and carts, clean tables everywhere and a woman who was extremely helpful working. I only had an hour and half window to wash 6 peoples laundry. She helped me find the fastest machines and even coached me through the operations so I didn't lose a few bucks in "oops" change choosing the wrong settings. Thank you wash world! You were an absolute treat! read more

Super friendly customer service and clean atmosphere here. So many state of the art machines made doing laundry a breeze.

Great for washing uniforms for the baseball team during tournaments. Very clean and assistant very helpful.

SO grateful for an additional location! Met the exceptions and standards the other locations set. Clean, well lit, staff on hand maintaining machines. Rewards program means you don't have to remember quarters (perpetually an issue for me,) just swipe and get free laundry! Amazed I could leave a laundromat WITH my laundry done and WITHOUT any crabbiness! Also noticed you could drop off laundry and THEY DO IT FOR YOU?! WHAAAAAA :) read more

Really clean place and spotless! Only reason I would not give 5 stars is that you only get 5 minutes for the dryer for 25 cents! This was a major ripoff and I put in 8 quarters and my clothes were STILL NOT DRY. That was the only negative...wish there were more minutes for a quarter. But clean place and well kept machines. read more
