I've been to several laundromats over the years. I came today because I've been extremely lazy to wash some comforters and well, there's no time like the present. I came early in the morning and of course machines were available. I got a 4 load washer for two comforters and they fit just fine. 23 min on wash at $6.50 isn't terrible at all and $3.50 to dry every 30min. The facility is extremely clean, lots of washers and dryers, free WiFi, and tv for the kiddos to watch. Will definitely go here from now on. read more

I usually go here during the week during the day and it's never crowded, the washers are always clean of the staff is very helpful. You can't beat a washer that holds five loads, when your wife asks you to clean up the house. read more

I came here last spring for the first time in 6 years (moves away) to wash our king size comforter. I was pleasantly surprised with the remodel. It's bright and open in here now. Before it was dark and just felt shady. My complaint is that last year when I was here I couldn't get my debit card to work. The guy working said it was something with my bank, USAA... Today, over a year later I am back, washing four loads of oversized comforters, and the SAME problem! Normally, this wouldn't be a big deal except for the fact that this business is RIGHT OUTSIDE OF A MILITARY BASE. I had to use my credit card to pay for everything, because even the ATM would not take my card. Thank god my daughter hasn't cleaned out my change from my car in a while so that I was able to scrounge up $3 from the detergent machine. Oh and there are 3 vending machines, one for snacks, one for drinks, and one for detergents... guess which one doesn't take cards. Update: yesterday during the almost 4 hours I was there there was never an employee on duty. I had to explain how to do things to two people. One of which was trying to use a USAA card. There was a crazy man walking around talking loudly to himself (good reason why there should be an employee on duty) And I was less than thrilled to see a guy sitting an eating fried chicken on a counter top where people fold their clean clothes. (Again, an employee should have been around to say something, or at least clean the counter top off) I used the biggest dryer for all of my comforters. If you use the hot setting, let them sit for a while after it stops. They are HOT. Like so hot it was burning my hands and I almost dropped them. read more

I noted that the reviews for this laundromat are all from a year ago or longer. I've been coming to this location for at least 6 years. I think there may have been some changes in ownership. There used to be an attendant on duty, but not anymore. They also recently raised their prices. To wash one load, it's 2.75. For the double wash load it's 3.75. The upside of coming to this laundromat is that I can use my debit card at each machine. I don't have to worry about saving quarters or getting change, so that is the number one reason I like to come here. Today I was not able to use the single load washers that I typically use. Four of them had bugs and dirt in them. One of them had silver staples in it. I ended up using the larger washers to avoid the bugs. It's a shame someone brings their bugs and dirt and leaves it for the next person. Too bad they don't have an attendant here anymore. There was also pizza rolls on the floor. Sometimes you just have to laugh at this! I saw on the wall they were voted best laundromat in Bellevue in 2018 and 2019. What happened?! read more

Clean. No coffee just vending machines. Free wifi. Lots of washers ranging from itty bitty to ginormous. Came in to wash my king size comforter - cost $6.50 for whatever the size above "triple load" washer is (I forget. Mega?) and then $1.50 for the first 30 minutes in a "triple load" dryer plus $1 for an additional 20 minutes. read more

My washer broke so I had to go to a laundromat. Laundry World was very nice and clean. I arrived at 9am on a Monday morning and there was no one else there which was nice. I used the 4 load capacity washer which cost $6.50. They do also have washers and dryers big enough for large comforters which is nice. Over all a nice and clean facility. read more

We relocated two of our kids here for college and we introduced them to do laundry outside their home and walked into Laundry World! We were new to smart cards and not using quarters, way better not using quarters!!! I accidentally put the smart card in a mega load washer and it charged me $8.50 and I texted the number and was surprised by an immediate response! Wonderful customer service and excellent facilities. Clean!!! The dryers worked efficiently too. Back again for the holidays! The renovations are amazing. The facility is clean and perfect! 6.50 to do wash ur clothes? B.s. don't bring ur quarters cause they make u buy a card 3$ to buy a card reusable but since I'm traveling I won't be coming back here. @ least they have free WiFi and it's clean. And u don't have to put a quarter in to use the bathroom. I have been to some places that make u pay to pee. Personally I think the prices are b.s. but maybe they r normal for this area. 3.50 dry + 6.50 for wash 3$ for card. 13$ total to do a load of clothes not a huge load either. read more

Just moved to Nebraska and our shipment won't be here for a month, this place was recommended to us. For some reason USAA cards will not work on the machines. The very friendly gentleman working there swiped his card for us to get the machine started and showed us how to get the prepaid cards to use on the machines. I had been going here off and on for years. I forgot my laundry card this morning so I tried putting my card it wouldn't work. I tried getting another card that wouldn't work as well. The prices are a little high for a 20lbs capacity, $2.50 per wash. But they have bigger washers, up to 80lbs capacity! The dryers ate $0.50 per 10 minutes. In reality, I haven't been to a laundry mat that is worth five stars! What really do you expect from one? You come to a place like this to get in and get out, and that's exactly what I do. read more

Very clean but a bit on the pricey side. Bring your own detergent so you don't have to pay an arm and a leg for it here. Free wifi is a plus! This is the go to place for big comforters as they have washers from 30lb loads all the way to 80 lbs! They accept debit/credit cards right at the machines which is nice! I'm hoping I was just here on a bad cleaning day, because this place has a lot of potential. Cons: - The floor was filthy. Granted, it was a muddy day out, but still it didn't feel like a very clean place to do my laundry. The bathroom was not looking too great either. I will say that one of the regulars I talked to said it doesn't usually look like that, so that's encouraging. - $2.50 for a single-load washer? Are you kidding me? Pros: - Free wifi, always a big plus and very much appreciated. - They don't take quarters, but instead use a card system. You do have to buy the card for $3, which I wasn't thrilled about, but overall it ended up being very convienent and I didn't have to come in with a bag of quarters. And now I have the card for next time so the initial charge doesn't sting too bad. - Other than the single-load washers and the cost of the card, the prices were actually pretty good. - They have really nice equipment and my clothes turned out great. - I was in there on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't too busy. I easily had access to all the machines I needed. Overall a good experience and I will most likely be back next week. Hopefully it will be cleaner :) read more

Once a month I wash the same blankets all at once i n a washing machine and dryers, this time when I put them into the dryer they came out with a nice stained burnt orange spot. I spent way to much to "wash" them now I'll have to spend even more to replace them. read more
