Do not use this place. I have furniture and a grand piano in 2 separate units plus my wife runs her Scentsy business out of it. I went in there the other day and they were blazing hot! I went and told the manager and she acted like it was just fine and that the District manager had approved it being 80 degrees. I went back the next day and my unit happens to be beside the A/C handler and the door was open. As you can see in the picture it is way too hot in there. The only reason I rented from this place was because of my mother's friend. Every time I request to speak to the district manager for this location Shelby, always states he's on vacation. I paid $308 for my storage unit in August 2021. For the month of September, it increased by $40 dollars. Please stay away and like the other review if you have an inside unit beware. The A.C goes out and they keep it extremely hot. It's really sad how companies are taking advantage of folks due to these hard times and because a lot of people might be losing their homes being evicted and how ironic storage facilities decide to raise the prices when folks are out of work, down, COVID, etc. Please do not rent from here. I have no choice but to pay the extra $40 which could fill up my gas tank or pay for my niece's lunch for the week. read more

If I could give this place a negative star I would. I rented two units in mid2018. I had planned short term. Due to the pandemic and my items being in storage in MS, I couldn't get them out until now. The total amount in 2018 was $270.00. it is now $562. When I called them last year I was told by the manager it's computer driven. "There's nothing she can do". But, when I spoke to the district manager he did temporarily lower the rate $50 on one unit. Every six months the charge for each unit goes up $50 alternating. They do not always notify that the rental will be going up. I see it on the invoice. I did get a notice that the insurance would be going up for some reason $20. I have the district manage's phone number. After that one conversation I haven't been able to speak to him or the manager. No answers to my call. I've called the corporate office. I get their recording telling me I'll get a return call between 24 and 48 hours. Not so. Their contract says month to month giving the monthly original dollar amount, and stating they may raise rates and would notify the customer in advance. No where does it say every six months $50. I would never have signed If I had known this. read more

I gave 1 star because I had to pick 1 or more. They deserve a zero. I rented for 5 months and everything was soaking wet, molded, and smelled ungodly! Even though my husband died and I was there to get pictures for his funeral that were ruined, I was treated very badly by the store manager and told it was my responsibility to get that mess cleaned out and I could file an insurance claim for up to $2000. There was about $20,000 worth of items they ruined in just 5 months. My daughter was held hostage by the store manager. The manager disarmed the gates preventing her from leaving untill she heard we called the police. The rates are increased every month for no reason IT IS A SCAM. DO NOT RENT HERE. I worked with Shelby yesterday on renting my second unit and needed a 3rd. She called me this morning told me she had one available and would hold until I could get there as long as it was today. . I got there at 3 and she tells me her district manager Mike marked the unit available and someone else rented it. Greed over customer service will not get you ahead in business I will now find a place somewhere else to spend my 500.00 in storage rent. read more

I have been with this place for about 2 years. and I have 2 units with them. started at $234 for a larger unit and now its $426. This year they have raised the rental price 4 times. with no notice, you just have to look at the site to see if your price went up. I can see a yearly increase of no more then 10% but almost double in 1 year? DO NOT use this place if you can avoid it. I wish I had help to get my stuff out, i would sell it vs paying these thief's. read more

Nice secure facility for storing your items. However the new manager/employee has the worst attitude, not friendly as the current employee they had. Customer Service goes along way with me and I'm sure others as well. I am sure with her attitude she will run a lot of customers away. It only takes a second to be kind. read more

This company and this particular location is horrendous. Extremely rude front desk especially the woman Taylor. They increased my rent from $93.00 to $106.00 gradually from April to December on my 10x10 unit. This was without my consent and without notification. When I closed my storage unit last month and emptied it ENTIRELY I was still charged $106.00 for Jan 2020 because I left the lock on the unit issued by Simply self. When I called and found this out I asked if I could come and remove the lock I had forgotten (keep in mind this is 3 days after the end of the month) and be refunded. They refused to refund me and basically told me to shove it and that it was not their problem. WORST BUSINESS I have ever encountered. Wish I could give them negative stars. read more

Do not use autopay at this storage!!! They will charge you after you move out and not refund your money or return your calls. The lady who showed the units acted as if she was on drugs. I should've left then. read more

Lisa was a gem!! I had to get a storage unit at the last minute and she helped choose the one I needed and had me in and out quick. They even had a promotion with the first full month free!! Storage unit is easy to access and they have dollies to help move things around. Very clean units! read more
