We hired this company to move us across state lines from Memphis, TN to MS on October 4th 2026. The…read moreowner of the company showed up only to supervise the loading of the moving truck in Memphis, then sent two of his men to the destination location to finish the move. This can only mean he had no account for what happened after the truck left. Once the movers arrived to the new home and began unloading, it quickly became apparent that the items being unloaded sustained damage in transit. One of my painted cabinets got badly chipped and another sustained broken wooden components. There was also a handful of smaller items that were damaged as well. The movers were not careful when moving my antique bedroom furniture, causing property damage to my bedroom doors. I called the owner promptly to alert him of the concern and he stated both in conversation on the phone and in text that he would "get all that taken care of either money or fixing it." I made the mistake of taking him at his word. By October 7th, I had yet to hear from the owner, so I followed up via text and didn't hear back for more than 24 hours, where he asked what he could do to make the situation right. I responded the following day and didn't hear back. Come October 14th, after almost a week of no communication, I reached out again. This time he gave me the run around and then the next day on the 15th, he attempted to blame my husband for the damage sustained on our small items, disregarding the damage to the larger items his movers caused. That was the very last communication received from the owner. His responsiveness was below mediocre at best. Please BEWARE when choosing a moving company. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone else. I documented the damage and took pictures of all the items that were impacted, which I provided to the owner. My door has yet to be fixed. The damage they caused is preventing our bedroom door from closing and I'm stuck replacing the small items that were ruined. 0/10 service given that we paid thousands of dollars to this company and received incredibly poor results.

The crew basically shuffled around with no real sense of urgency or obligation. Well, all except for one guy who worked like a maniac while the other four shuffled around. Consequently, The job spanned two full days, cost $X + Y and was ultimately not finished. So, with respect to their ability to estimate the job, caveat emptor. Second, it seemed like the crew moving us were brand new to the moving industry. They did not seem to know how to load the truck properly. They did not brace or block the load. They did not overlap the stacks so each stack just ran from the floor to about halfway up with no support; just leaning towers. Consequently, when we arrived at the other end, many things had fallen over, dumped out, jumbled together, and was a terrible mess from which we are still recovering. Of course, this also means that numerous things were broken and naturally, this wasn't discovered till after they were gone. Not only were things broken and damaged, but they also dinged up our freshly painted walls and otherwise showed disregard for our possessions, our home, and our time. They even managed to 'hide' the one, most important box that we had identified as such. It's been three weeks and we still haven't found that box. Now, the owner did offer us a discount and he should have; thanks. But that didn't finish the job or cover the damages or make things better. I've moved more than a few times and twice cross-country. This experience was, far and away, the worst. And while I'd be willing to sit down to a meal with these people (they were nice), I simply cannot recommend them as movers. She could tell by the attention to the quote alone that they were going to provide excellent service. The communication between the company and us before the day of the move was great. On the day of the move, they called us when they were on the way, they showed up when they said they would, the crew were all very polite and treated our stuff with care, and they worked quickly and efficiently. The company canceled my original move at the last minute (The company canceled at 6:00 p.m. the night before, citing the driver "lost his license," asking me if I was comfortable letting him move my belongings without a valid license--an alarming, unprofessional question), then sent an untrained crew who arrived late, smoked near the open garage door, pushed furniture across floors without protection, and caused multiple damages to both property and belongings. Basic care and professionalism were completely lacking. I am uploading only a couple of photos here. Furniture and property were severely damaged: scratched walls and floors, severely dented appliances, grease-stained mattresses (yes, they charge you for the mattress covers, and then did not use them at all), and broken bookcases. A Christmas tree was snapped, refrigerator handle broken, and the truck poorly packed. I filed a formal complaint with the BBB, but the company did not follow through on what they stated in their response. No claims manager ever contacted me--directly or indirectly--despite their promise to do so. This entire process has shown me how unreliable and unprofessional this company is. OMG let me tell you the stories. People call me all the time thinking they hired me in labor groups but nope it is these guys. Just like that crappy Jays helping hands in phenix city. Ive literally gotten posts on my business profile about Kids in the back of their vehicles in the summer on load jobs. No answer after booking on uhaul mover helper and very very poor work. I've been in this market place for over a decade and these fools pop up with a similar name and I'm getting accused for their trash . Done called you out on the closed mover groups on Facebook and doing so here too. Funny how Yelp says "This review is looking pretty epic! Nice!" cause it is. I'm tire of this crap and the mistaken identity has done to me.
