The customer service I received was second to none. They are a large shipping company that still cares about the small sale of only one storage container to the little guys. I would recommend that if you are in need of a storage container for rent or purchase, call them first, you might find the same price but you won't get better service from anyone else. Thank you DART, Ross in sales, and the best delivery guy Brandon. Keep up the great work.

This was only used as a sales tactic to get us to move into the unit. I signed the agreement on May 17th and by June 2, 2025 before I had even moved my belongings in the owner was telling me that my rent was going to increase by 100% so double the rent. I was then told that I'm getting a good deal and I can't find that anywhere else. Because I save every interaction I was able to show them the texts I received that contradicted this. Today October 27th 2025 I received a letter stating they are working towards no increase for 12 months and my rent is increasing by 100%. Double the rent again. While the facility is new, the bathrooms are almost always clean and it is climate controlled. There's no way to justify this kind of an increase and this often. What's more concerning is how many times they've tried to go back on their word despite being in writing in less than 6 months. For the people who don't have time and energy into making sure that this place holds true to their word on what they sell you to sign they should steer clear. We invested a lot of money into moving our belongings to this unit and have been sold on something that I've had to fight the entire duration.

Wow!!! I can't say enough GOOD things about this service!!…read more I had a really bad situation where other movers I had hired got into a fistfight inside my moving trailer and had to be removed from my property! I was left with a job that was only a quarter done and I had to be out of my house that day for a closing! I was desperate! I called around and, as expected, no moving company could help me out and such short notice! I finally called Daymakers and Lisa, who answered the phone, was so sympathetic to my situation; she said she would try to figure it out for me. After about 20 minutes, Lisa called me back and said that 2 of her movers were finishing another job and were supposed to be done for the day but they agreed to come out and help me out of my situation! Unbelieveable! I was so elated and relieved! Two super nice young guys, named Jacob & Shane, showed up in a beautiful, very professional Daymakers moving truck. They were so helpful and courteous!
