Then they said they wanted to re-measure ceiling height (closets weren't going all the way up) since I was getting flooring replaced. Had them come to update measurements the day flooring went in. They were supposed to be to send an updated contract to sign but were changing their software so it was delayed a couple of days. Received new contract and it was almost 50% higher since they suddenly no longer offered what I was originally purchasing. I went with another company who was amazing.

We are a military family and have moved too many times to count, even overseas, but this move is by far the worst. They saw the contents of my parents home and all they were concerned about was what would be left behind for the estate sale. The packers literally dumped drawers into used boxes creating a nightmare for my parents to unpack. My father's Navy uniforms were dumped into boxes still on hangers - no respect for what those uniforms represent. Despicable. Here we are three weeks later and there are still items in their home that need to be moved to their new apartment! This woman even called me to complain about my parents and how much stuff the wanted to move. Who are they to decide what goes and what doesn't? If my parents say pack it, then pack it. Period! At 87 and 85 years old my parents should never have had to have such a disastrous move. Beware of this woman and her daughter. All they care about is making money. Also notice on their website, the reviews are from 2020 and 2021. Not current!

The quality of work was excellent, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I will absolutely hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone needing mold remediation, restoration, or other services.
