I was nervous to have someone come and do cleaning at first only out of my own embarrassment of how the house looked, but the whole point of having someone come in to clean is to make you love your home more. I wish we hadn't waited as long as we did to find For The Love of Clean! I met with Vanessa and Chasity and felt immediately comfortable with both of them. I took them on a tour of the home and they were not instantly scared away which was a great start. Then they mentioned that they are also certified organizers as well! We have no idea that was a thing. We had them come in and clean and organize our main living areas. We gave him full freedom to work their magic and we were SHOCKED at how amazing our home looked. They cleaned a corner of the living room that was the "corner of death" full of boxes and random junk that didn't have a home and they found a home for all of it. We had them come back 3 weeks later to help organize our upstairs guest bedrooms (junk rooms) and the level of care and love they put into their work is apparent. We cannot wait to have them help out with organizing the kitchen cabinets and pantry. Now we look forward to coming home and LOVE OUR CLEAN AND ORGANIZED HOME!! We have set up a monthly cleaning, but what really blew us away was the organizing. They help us to find things that will work in our space to help us organize things. We love they are comfortable taking the reins and helping us to use our space more wisely. They are also very pet friendly and are such warm and lovely people!! The floors were not cleaned, the kitchen left undone, windows and blinds not cleaned, 2 other bathrooms were left undone where only a surface clean was needed, none of the bedrooms cleaned. I was then insulted by her several times, saying she's had customers not pay and she feels that it would be the case with me. Furthermore, blaming me for missing time with her daughter. She used her boyfriend as an excuse as well partying with him before a trip to Vegas. She does not run her small business like a respectable business at all. While I'm all for supporting local small businesses, this is one I will not be calling on again and will not recommend to others either. She received 1star since there isn't an option for 0 out of 5! We engaged Pullman for a $150k home remodel and initially felt optimistic about the process…read more Unfortunately, things shifted when the lead designer abruptly left the firm. When we returned for our design presentation, the inspiration board bore little resemblance to what had been discussed during the site visit. The concepts felt generic--more hotel-lobby than custom home--and lacked the creativity and forward-thinking design we were expecting. Compounding our concerns, project estimates escalated significantly after our initial retainer was paid. Ultimately, we felt fortunate to recover 50% of our deposit, but the overall experience left us disappointed. Their showroom is impressive, but in our experience, the design execution and contract structure did not match that polish. There are many talented designers on the Space Coast--my advice would be to work with someone who is genuinely invested in your vision rather than steering you toward off-the-shelf selections simply to secure a contract. In the end, after a year of dust, redesign, and perseverance, our project has finally been completed. Live and learn.
