It looked completely different than before. I also had several areas in my home tiled, which turned out wonderful as well. Lastly, I had my kitchen completely redone. Ripped out all old tiling and replaced it with much more modern material. Had a section of railing taken out and replaced it with a wall, and then also installed all new lighting fixtures. It looked great!!! Would definitely do business with 321 Get It Done again in the future if I need any more home improvements done.

We had our brand new refrigerator scratched and never mounted correctly so the whole back panel froze and we never even got to use the ice cube maker. As Frustrating as the whole process was we had one person in the company who kept pulling through for us every time there was an issue which also included orchestrating our brand new floors needing to be ripped out and replaced due to a manufacturing recall. Although the remodel started out rough mostly due to the lack of tradesman wanting to work and do the jobs they were hired to do which seems to be quiet norm here in Brevard county. Justin Crump who I believe was procurement with S&w when we initially met and he ordered the new refrigerator doors got the entire job mot only done but went over and beyond to make sure we were happy which eventually resulted in bringing out a Finishing Crew to do our final punch list and replaced our refrigerator when the doors the second time around were not installed correctly again. Thankfully there were still some great employees that made it all come together. The Kirby's

Beware! We had Heller do a large custom kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. The primary reason for the 2…read morerating, is they've refused to address an improper install on an under the sink slide out drawer. A clearance of 1/16" was all that was left between the slide out and the sink P-trap. The drawer should have been installed lower, or a notch cut for allow proper clearance. Heller had denied all responsibility, and refuse to answer my request to speak with the owner. The P-trap shifted, hitting the drawer, caused a leak, and ruined it. There was also a few other issues that Heller wasn't customer focused on: install of the light rail (insisted that leaving a gap/caulking vs. notching of this feature normal, it is not! After back and forth, they agreed to do it correctly, and it was simple and looks great), and a few drawers that auto close/fit isn't correct on that they insist is "normal". Cabinet quality is fine, but NO true customer service. I'll add this was a $50K book of business. I would not recommend.
