I've been coming to JTB Wellness Studios for both massages and classes for over 6 years, and I can…read morehonestly say it's one of the best wellness experiences I've ever had. It's easy to see why this studio has been a pillar in the community for well over a decade -- the level of care, professionalism, and deep-rooted expertise here is unmatched. Before JTB I visited massage therapists over the years, but Jess is truly unlike any other -- she has a gift. Her work is both precise and intuitive; she knows exactly where to focus and uses a variety of techniques that leave me feeling lighter, more mobile, and completely renewed. Every movement is intentional and deeply effective. She has an exceptional understanding of the body, using her own mechanics to reach and relieve tension in ways I've never experienced elsewhere. Even her draping technique sets her apart -- every detail reflects her skill, professionalism, and genuine care. It creates total comfort and trust from start to finish. If you see an opening on her schedule, grab it. And if not, you're still in great hands -- Jess mentors her team, and that commitment to quality and consistency shows in every session, no matter who you see. The classes are equally outstanding. Over the years, I've taken yoga, mat Pilates, strength, Bootcamp, barre, 305 (dance), Buti, and functional fitness -- and every instructor brings knowledge, encouragement, and a sense of community. The variety and quality are incredible, and each class feels approachable and empowering. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in, and I'm even thinking of trying their nutrition coaching program next. The space itself is clean, calming, and thoughtfully designed -- from the moment you enter, you feel at ease. The staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in your well-being. JTB is more than just a wellness studio -- it's a place built on years of experience, care, and intention. Whether you're looking for expert bodywork, motivating classes, or simply a place to reconnect with yourself, this is it. A true gem.

My update is in regards to the only gentle yoga class that they offer. Still give the overall…read morestudio 4/5, but this is just for the gentle yoga class. The teacher there, Susie, is extremely knowledgeable and I trust her insight and all of that. HOWEVER, her class is not a gentle yoga class. I've been to that class on various occasions and on some nights, I worked way harder than I wanted to. The pacing was way too fast for me and her cues came off as borderline militant. Nothing about it felt gentle or calming or relax. I left for the most part feeling just ok. Nothing overly spectacular. I almost felt like she was rushing to get as many postures in as possible. And for someone who's a 500 RYT (I think E-RYT, but I can't remember or bother to check), she does a lot more standing up at the front of the class room doing the poses than actively walking around and giving assists. I'm not saying she's a bad teacher. Again, she knows what she's talking about, but I'm not a fan of how the class was formatted or how she instructed it. She felt like she belonged in a power yoga class and not a gentle one. I mean, geez, if that's her version of gentle, I don't want to see what's regular ol' yoga. For me, I need a much slower practice, which requires me to either a) be picky as hell with finding the right teacher, usually an E-RYT 500 teacher who knows what they're doing or b) just take a gentle class. So if you're like me and are looking for those requirements or are simply looking for a relaxing gentle yoga class, this may not be for you. Still give it a try, who knows. We all like different things. I'm just no longer a fan.

The space is inviting and comforting; the staff knowledgeable, professional who are willing to accommodate clients of every age and ability. I wish I lived closer so I could be there every day. I highly recommend this wellness center to anyone.

Her hands are magic! I ended up buying a package of 4 hour-long massages for $250, which I thought was a great deal. Can't wait to go back next month!

I had a massage here several months ago, and I haven't returned since…read more I called to schedule an appointment and was thankful for some last minute availability! With this place being near my home, it was super convenient as well. The building is a little tricky (and the parking lot is a nightmare) because it's right at a major intersection. However the interior was cute and calming. As far as the actual room where I got my massage... it was a little run-down, there was light pouring in the semi-open shades throughout which was disappointing. Not to mention the discomfort of getting undressed with the shades partially open, in a first floor room. I prefer dark rooms during a massage. About two minutes into the massage, she had to pause to change her music selections which took some time... then about four minutes after restarting, I had to ask her to stop because her fingernails were so sharp she was scratching my neck and throat. She had to go file the edges so they weren't painful. AND I had to continually ask her to lighten the pressure after explaining that I prefer medium to LIGHT pressure at the start. Disappointing... I'll definitely stick with my favorite spots going forward!!
