11/18/2025 Scheduled an appointment last week for today…read more First time at this garage, but I saw the 4.9 rating and figured they're doing something right. I showed up at 11a for my appointment at 1p because I forgot to write down the garage name/address (hahaha only me), so I'm nervous because the number I had wasn't connecting to the garage. As it turns out their internet was down for the business and unable to access phones. I showed up and the energy of the place when I walked in was upbeat and the place clean and well lit. A man greeted me, told me I was super early lol and fortunately got me in immediately while fixing the repairs while being communicative, fair costs, and extending kindness and professionalism every step of the way. It was refreshing. Now the waiting room is less than ideal lol but it served the purpose and I was able to work a little bit as I waited. Overall fantastic experience and will definitely be back!

THE ONLY bad experience I had was when I decided to take my 2012 Ford F350 to these guys to repair blown head gaskets. I was so overjoyed and thankful to find a diesel mechanic that wasn't backed up that I bought the guys lunch as a sign of gratitude for squeezing me in. They kept my truck for 2 months. Didn't care. They charged me $6800 dollars for the work done. Didn't care paid half before the vehicle was ready and paid the rest when they FINALLY called and said it was ready. To my dismay when it was time for me to head home I arrived in Memphis, TN leaking diesel fuel everywhere!!!! I was so angry I wanted to drive back to Monaca. Anthony promised me that he would cover the costs for screwing me over. $2000 later he then went back on his word and offered to pay for parts! Never did. Keep in mind I had to drive all the way to Texas refueling every 45 minutes! This idiot even questioned the real mechanic as to why he was doing such a thorough job and said he disagreed with the work he was doing when his shop caused this! I had hoses and fittings that where HAND TIGHT! It was GROSS NEGLIGENCE to the point the new mechanic honestly asked me had I pissed these guys off! I didn't have the extra money to spend and had to borrow it! This devastated me and left me feeling helpless and so angry! Why? What did I do to deserve such poor service? If I was younger and less mature I swear to God I would've went to jail behind this!!! I SWEAR TO GOD! I was out of work after this and being left helpless sent me into a deep depression.
