After mentioning it, the solution was to bring us a side of truffle oil and Parmesan cheese and ask us to mix it ourselves. The service was equally disappointing. We asked our server twice for drink refills, but she never brought them. We eventually had to flag down another server just to get our beverages refilled. Overall, this was a frustrating dining experience from start to finish. Between the poor-quality food, unfulfilled promises regarding the bill, and inattentive service, this restaurant fell well below the standard I would expect from a Miami establishment. I believe the penthouse is located on the 10th floor of a relatively new building. 2. The venue is modern and versatile. The inside spaces (including restrooms) had a clean, updated look. For this event, there were multiple bars and food stations set up both indoors and outdoors. The dance floor was outside. The combination of string lights, rooftop patio decor, and the city skyline was beautiful. There was only one elevator to get everyone up and down, so there was a bottleneck there. They brought in a fire dancer to perform outside on the rooftop, which was really cool.
