At every stage, they were exactly on-time, and the office staff kept me aware of which technician would arrive and what work to expect. One HUGE advantage of CENTRAL is that they are licensed and experienced in FOUR trades: Heating, Cooling, Electrical, and Plumbing. As HVAC work often entails two or more of these areas, they can control both scheduling and quality of the work. For the electrical part, Connor was a true "artist" with the design and installation of a long run of wire in conduit. Made it almost invisible. Matt and Justin did an equally amazing job with the installation of two mini-split systems. Not only do they work perfectly, but they ensured the units were mounted in a way that gave both good performance and did not detract from the decor of the home. Both trades took exceptional care to keep[ the work areas safe and clean, and they always wore shoe covers inside. When they left, the home was cleaner than when they arrived. CENTRAL did not disappoint. Gave me a great value, and were worth every penny I paid for the work!!
