After we received the quote we called to agree and make payment. No one ever answered the phone after multiple tries. So, when drove down there where there were several staff just sitting around. They can sit but not answer the phones. They let us know the install date. The day after the install we call every extension and leave a message with the owner no call back to confirm the install for the next day. My husband takes the whole day off work for them to come. I call at 9:30 to be told that no one was coming not until the next week. I was given the excuse they have been behind, which I stated I understand but a phone call would have been nice. Once this is installed we will never use them again. Buyers be beware. Not great customer service at all.
