My gosh, John is amazing! I've known this business very well for over 10 years since I used to live in Murrieta. I had a used Acura TL 2005 back then & it just had a nasty dent on the door from the previous owner. It really bothered me that at some point, I just decided to get the dent fixed by someone trustworthy. I gathered my quotes everywhere from Temecula but I somehow came across Simply Dents from a flyer at a car auto shop. I thought to myself, "Hmm interesting... a mobile dent service." I texted them the details, and they replied quickly! Back then, the quote was $300 and they came by the next day. Extremely easy and super painless how cheap it was compared to other places. Okay now fast forward to today, my car got in a hit and run incident and I just couldn't get the insurance claim to go through. I was living with a pretty bad dent on my Honda Accord for almost 2 months. I almost gave up at this point, but then thought to myself, "Hey! I remember I had a dent guy back in Temecula." I saw that they serviced in San Diego from time to time so I texted them again. Received a quote and reply quickly, then sent them my info. I received a call from John to just talk about the details more and he quoted me $500 for now. Of course I was excited for it because 1. I had to pay out of pocket. 2. I asked everywhere and it ranged from $1k-$2.6k which was not ideal for my old car. John made it work and said he could stop by Vista for me even though it was out of his range. He came in his allotted time and continued to work. The quote at the end was more but I don't blame him, because hitting a fender is much harder to work with without replacing it fully. He said he would get it to 80-90% back to normal but I'd say he did a really great job! 90% of it went back to normal in terms of a paint-less dent removal. Thank you so much again, John! I will be recommending you to my friends & family and will continue to use your services for the future to come :)

Simply Dents was amazing. The night before, I was told by John (owner) that they might be able to fix the dented hood, but I think he was just being modest. Jeff showed up the next day and within 30 minutes of his arrival the hood to the van looked amazing. There is no doubt in my mind that I will use them in the future if needed. Wow! This company is absolutely amazing. Not only were my dents and rust spots fixed on my car they met me the next day at my doctor's office. I have a crazy work schedule and probably wouldn't have had this issue addressed until next month. Jeff was my tech that came out to fix my dents and cover up the rust spots. While I was at work, some moron dented my car. Simply dents has a awesome reputation, so I texted pics to John and he gave me a ballpark quote and we scheduled an appt. These guys saved my butt yesterday! I had been borrowing my dad's truck this past week and clipped big tree stump turning the truck around in my back yard. Called John at 8am the next day and he had Jeff come out a few hours later. Everything was all better by 12:00 after Jeff worked his magic! Just got back from returning truck to my dad. I came clean and told him about denting his truck. Before telling him where the damage was done I had him walk around to see if he could notice anything. While drying my car at a local car wash, a little girl opened her rear door fast and dinged my door. I knew it was bad enough to call John at Simply Dents. He returned my call immediately and within a few days came to my house , gave me a price and explained what he would do. After maybe 25 minutes the dent was gone. Definitely recommend Simple Dent. Company will deal with extend warranty and customer service via, text, email and calls. I have 3 dents on my car. Mind that I had another company, Gold Hammer Dent Repair that was suppose to come to my work, and flaked out via I'm out of the country, and won't work due to out of San Bernardino. I had a medium size dent caused from my shepherd to the rear of the driver side rear door, on my new Dodge mega cab4x4. I have never used Simply Dents before but the reviews I read were 100%. I called and texted John the owner, and on the same day he replied and came to my house to fix my dent. He was extremely personable, professional and knowledgeable on the vehicle and removing the dent. He had my truck back to show room condition in less than an hour. Not only was he surgical with removing the dent, but he pointed out a small crease below the dent that he removed. His company is top notch, expeditious and hundreds of dollars below insurance deductibles and body shop prices. I highly recommend his service. read more

Some guy side swiped my car in the parking lot the other day and drove away. left a huge dent on the bodyline of the rear passenger door. I've quoted around for the dent repair.. they all said that it's gonna take 350-500. I texted the damage pictures to Simply Dent. Jeff came out the same day and fix the dent for 200 bucks! The rear door is now as good as new! read more

Simply Dents has fixed up, painted up & touched up all my vehicle's in past years Last week (October 14) at my Murrieta hothey performed another stellar face job on my 2021 black Tahoe Preimer. John "owner" has always been quick to call back, flexible with his schedules, and very fair pricing. Personally I think they should charge more, I would. Also their painter was flawless in color in matching. Jeff was the latest gentleman to remove my dents. Jeff's attitude and skills were matchless. Thank you. August 2023 I'm back again with more dents. Actually, one of them is on the corner of the driver door by the door handle and even the dealership said we need to take it in and then all that time in money with their shop. John came to the rescue took out that dent flawlessly and, of course, other dents I had accumulated the past five months. Thanks again, John. read more

So, I literally just got this dent by backing into a Tree. I went to a couple of repair shops around town to see how much it would cost they quoted me $600 dollars! I am glad I got referred to simply dents from a shop that actually quoted me the crazy price. I am so glad the person referred me cause I saved so much money and it's like perfectly new! Super fast! Super cheep and he came to me done within an hour!!! So, happy with the outcome I hope to not come back but definitely will if I happen to be in the un fortunate event of car damage. My buddy bought a brand new Tesla and the following day I parked next to him and my daughter opened her door into it leaving a nice little door ding. Unbelievable. I had seen Simply Dents around town and hoped that maybe they could save the day. I reached out to them and got an appointment schedule right away. I had a couple small shopping cart dents on my wife's van as well so I decided to have those taken care of in the same visit. Jeff showed up right on time and took care of all the dents super fast. Both vehicles look like new again, can't even tell where the damage was. The price was very reasonable too, much less than I was anticipating. I got my first door dent on my 2017 GMC Acadia. I was pissed and it looked like not only was there a dent but some paint was chipped off also. Even if the dent was repaired, I knew paint touch up wasn't going to make it perfect. Called Simply Dents and sent them photos. Dave came out the next morning and the dent was gone and the paint was restored. The cost was reasonable and you can't tell there was even a dent there. read more

Meet the Business Owner: John L.

John is a Southern California native with 23 years of PDR/ Paintless Dent Repair experience as well as body shop and high end custom vehicle building and restoration. His goals in life and business to try and give his clients and everyone he meets a pleasant experience and high quality work at a fair price. He started and bases Simply Dents out of Temecula in 1996 and has help such community groups as Habitat For Humanity,local Christmas groups that help the less fortunate and Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire department where he was a volunteer fire fighting and also held Spark of Love dent for Toy drives with the City of Temecula. Jeff is his right hand Sr. Tech and has 13 year's experience and donates MANY hours a week to coaching Little League in Menifee. Together they have over 35 years experience in PDR/body shop and over 55 years of combined custom auto building experience.

Others offered to do it for an unreasonable price and they had less than stellar reviews. Sal asked for further images and video of the damage, set a very reasonable price; I checked out his instagram and spoke with him on the phone and agreed on him coming out the next day. Wednesday, he arrived on time, and further reassured me he could handle the dent with no issue. About 3-4 hours later, I walk out to magic. My car looks like nothing ever happened. He even asked me to back it out into the sun so he could check his work and notice one imperfection that he worked on to fix immediately. I am incredibly grateful to Sal and his amazing work. I will be using him again in the future if I have to! Hopefully I don't have to ever, but if I do, I know who I'm coming to. Told me to send pictures of the damage and they provided an estimate of $695 -$795. Took my car to two AutoBody shops and the lowest was $1,395.00 bumper buddies came in at $600.00 Less which was within my budget. Made an appointment for two days later and the technician was an hour and 1/2 early but offered to come later. Since my vehicle was at work I told him No Problem. Manny my techician was very nice and Friendly. Took around 2 hours -2 1/2 Hours to do the work. It looks very good to me. There was one imperfection that really wasn't their fault, a panel came out and like a dumbbell I jammed it back in but a tab was sticking out so the panel was ever so slightly gapped. This warped the side panel It's not really noticeable. I don't blame bumper buddies for this. If you look at my bumper it's almost perfect. Final summation: I'm happy with the job that Bumper Buddies did and my Bumper Looks as good as new and side look as good as it can be without a complete replacement. I would use Bumper Buddies Again

Being a service director of a new car dealership it is always difficult to find someone with the reliability and expertise that this company has. I have used this company for many years, but I have never posted a review. Anytime I have ever had lot damage, needed used car or new car repairs or had a customer or family member that needed help with a dent or ding, I have always called upon or referred Simply Dents. John and his team have always taken care of me regardless of distance or brand I have worked at and have always outperformed my expectations. If you are not using these gentlemen and you are a dealer please reconsider because you're missing the boat. I have also referred them to friends and family and every single person I have ever referred them to have called me and told me what an exceptional experience they have had. Simply Dents in my opinion is simply the only option, they are priced fairly, the work is outstanding, and the people are standup guys. Do yourself a favor walk outside dent your vehicle and call these guys so you can see what a great job they will do. Simply Dents provided an absolutely fantastic experience! I was blown away by their service, especially the convenience of their mobile service - they came right to my home! The price was incredibly reasonable, making dent repair much more accessible than I had anticipated. They were punctual, arriving exactly when scheduled, and completed the work within the agreed-upon budget. The quality of their work was truly impressive. They expertly handled all the dings and dents on my truck, including some tricky ones along the body lines and on the cab corners. I was amazed at how flawlessly they restored the panels. I have lived in the Temecula Valley for over 20 years. John's professionalism as well talented staff totally exceeded my expectations. My BMW seems to be magnet for dings, John is there for me when I call him, always on time and repairs accordingly. My husband is restoring a 1969 Dodge Dart. This vehicle needed ALOT of work. They removed every dent and ding from the 40 year old body replaced all rusted areas with fresh sheet metal and blocked the entire car beyond its original design. The Dart now has laser straight lines and was finished with a hard durable two stage paint job which gleems and shines beyond my husband's expectations. The work performed to extract a dent on the driver's side door of our F-150, more than met our expectations. In fact, we were impressed with Jeff's professionalism and efficiency. Clearly, he knew what he was doing and did it expediently and well. Jeff also offered tips on how to care for the paint finish on our vehicle and how to correct some finishing/coating errors made by a well-know body repair shop. He arrived within the scheduled time and politely and quietly went about his business. Excellent job, all around and the cost was substantially less than what a body shop was going to charge and also less than other dent repair services I researched. These guys are great! I managed to put a small dent in the roof of my new 2015 Camaro while applying custom racing stripes. I called late Thursday afternoon and left a message. A few minutes later John was on the phone and asked if I could send him a couple of pics which I did. Shortly after I got an email from John telling me Jeff would be at my home between 9 and 10 AM Friday. He got there before that and we talked up a storm while he did the repair. It took a little time because it was a stubborn little cuss but when he was finished, my cars roof looked like it did when I brought it home from Lake Chevrolet. So this is a long over due review but I feel like I have to write a review of how awesome this place and the staff is. I called them and sent a picture of the damage and was quoted a great price the only thing was was the car damaged wasn't my car and my friend wasn't able to keep his car there over night, I told that to them and they told me if I could get the car there within the hour they would be done by the end of the day. Let me tell you, the car came out perfect!! I got over 1000 dents on my 2012 Lexus from a nasty hail storm!. Most of this dents were extreme!. I consider myself a serious pain in the butt for others when it comes to repair services, I'm usually never happy with the outcome since I have high expectations. My driver's side door was pretty severely damaged in a parking structure accident: some of the paint scraped right off and the door was visibly warped. I sent Simply Dents a picture of the damage and they gave me a quote right over text message. I appreciated the quick response and accurate quote. They completed the job in just three days, and did a fantastic job, to boot. The door looks brand new and I don't see the difference between the factory-new door and the repaired one. I recommend these guys. I am very picky with who touches my truck and quite skeptical when walking into a random auto place but I chose these guys out of a few other places I checked out. John met me to check out the damage on my truck and he pulls up in this bigger and very well-detailed truck and right away I knew he is picky with the work he puts in his own truck, like me - even though his truck made mine look like a joke. I contacted John early in the day , he asked me to text him a picture of the dent. He called back right away and gave me a price. His price range was based on how long it would take to work out the dent, which seemed fair. He showed up on time (Same Day) and began working on the dent, which was pretty large. After 2 hours the difference was amazing! What dent?? Looked like nothing ever happened. His price came in right in the middle of his quote range and I could have not been happier. We had gotten three estimates from body shops that wanted as much as $1400, especially once they found out we had insurance. We called Simply Dents after seeing their ad at the car wash, sent them a picture of the dent, and got an estimate immediately. Made an appointment, John arrived on time, estimated the repair again, did the work and the car looks like new for less than $200. The price difference between using them or an auto body shop is huge.They have done work on two vehicles for us and they have done great. After sending him photos he provided a quote and due to the location and severity of the damage, he would not promise perfection but assured me he could make things look better. He was really friendly and knowledgeable I actually was really intrigued on how he fix the dents. I couldn't believe the way he fixed the dents you can't tell there was ever anything there. His rates are reasonable, this is a much better way than getting your car painted.
