I really tried to get this service lined up for bi-weekly cleaning, but the communication was confusing-and always electronic, no phone calls. She asked me to select a time on a Saturday to come by to give me a price, but did not show up, and got upset with me when I reached out to see why and try to reschedule. My last attempt was to ask her to just come by anytime that worked for her, since we are retired and home. No response back., so clearly, she did not want my business, and we hadn't even met. It really surprised me. I used a cleaning service for 7 years in another state where we had a great working relationship. It's a shame we were not able to do that again with this company. read more

Jessica responded quickly when I reached out via Yelp to get a move out cleaning done on short notice. She set the appointment and arrived at the property the next morning, did her walk through, saw what needed to be done and then told me how she planned to get the job done.
