Denise Negron got back to me right away and did a walk-thru of the mobile home and gave me a quote for cleaning out all the remaining contents, hauling it to the dump, a deep cleaning of the interior, a clean sweep of the deck, window washing and carpet cleaning. It turned out to be an even bigger job than she estimated (even with her 40 years of experience) because she found that things on the walls and floors had been stapled, bolted, and glued down and were very difficult to remove.
