In top of it all his "crew" brought a dog into our house that ruined our couch. Our whole rental smells like dog pee! There's more.. but I think this gives you the idea. We've had to get the police involved. We had to pay others to clean up after them and have to pay for people to redo their work after paying them $1000's.
