He has remodeled several units to a quality far higher than they were originally. New floors, bathtubs, sinks and plumbing. Floorplans changed and new appliances installed. He repaired our septic system to a working condition a couple of times before convincing the landlord to make permanent repairs which were just completed. He had to tear down a fence and bring in an excavator and my wife was very worried about our yard. No need to. A first class repair job and the yard in some ways is actually better (it's now level, it wasn't before). I worked in the building trades for almost 30 years before going blind and Tony is the real deal. He is what you want working on your house, a perfectionist. I have listened to his conversations with his helper when things aren't going right and without fail Tony struggles until it's right....EVERY DAMN TIME!..... I have NEVER heard him say "That's good enough". This is my first Yelp review and I doubt I'll be doing another anytime soon because I'm not easily impressed and don't bother to complain about much.. I did this one because Tony is a damn fine carpenter, plumber and electrician who takes a deep pride in being good at what he does. He doesn't brag, but another tradesman can recognize it a mile away...Pride of Work, and Tony has it in spades.

Joel has been consistently professional, knowledgeable, helpful, proactive, and easy to get a hold of. My experience with him has been like night and day as compared to my experience with the other related companies this is especially impressive given that my rental was at the high end of the market at a time when the Market is overfilled with rentals in my range, and during a period in which it was taking much longer to get vacanc is filled. Even though Veilkko Provided this service on a fixed rate basis, they continued to provide the same high level of service even though it took much longer to fill the apartment than we had anticipated. Their prices were lower than their competition, Not only for the basic services but also for the photography package.  This company, Veikko,  is smaller than the competition, But this is an advantage because you get personalized service and a much quicker response. There is no comparison in my mind after having had experience with all three of the major Property Management companies in this town. Veikko is by far the BEST.

We gave them the green light and they started the job - long story short the wall that they built will probably be here long after I am gone? They were all about the business and very pleasant to have around. I really liked that Josh would take the time to answer my question (I find construction work interesting) and very patient when I asked for additional work and changes (fixing/updating a gate).
