They gave me a few cement fillings that literally fell out from flossing in a week. I'm sure I signed a waiver that I cannot sue for malpractice. I don't even know if they used dental cement. It reminded me of nail builder gel. Office staff seems to have little background in dental. Also, there is zero patient privacy. They have four dental chairs next to each in a row without proper partitions. To be honest when I walked in I thought it was the welfare office. Safe to say I cancelled my six month follow.

They have been using a lame excuse that they are recruiting for a vacant hygienist position. But they've been using that excuse for three years now. A good question to ask is "where is the job posting, I have a great hygienist to recommend?" The reality is that they stopped trying to care at this place. Avoid them at all costs!
